Yes I am also itp patient, usually I have low machine count around 45000 to 55000 but in manual count my platelets ranges from 1lakh to 160000.Thank god I never have had any bleeding manifestation so far,moreover no active treatment required in my case.

सर, नमस्कार । मेरे मरीज की उम्र 35 ym है । जिसे बचपन मे मलेरिया हुआ । बाद मे स्पलीन बढ गई और हमेशा प्लेटलेट और WBc Count कम रह्ता है । पेट मे पानी आ गया है । डॉ की सलाह से DIRECT INTRAHEPATIC PORTOCAVAL SHUNT प्रोसीजर हुआ । पेट का पानी ठीक होंने के बाद भी WBC.
