You are wrong, Poles hold various jobs. They are also directors, and they owe this to education. In Poland, master's studies are free and I found this on the internet "In Poland in 2022, 50.1% of women and 31.2% of men had higher education". Poles work hard, in various positions, but many of them have already returned to the country. Many Italians currently work in Warsaw or Gdańsk. Best regards
