When I first got these, took some time to get used to them. Maybe 2 or 3 weeks. Now they feel amazing and comfortable

The lack of sg is prolly the main reason because all famous pros play in wet grass they need sg for competition.

A player that has been using these even before they were released was Cade Cowell, he now plays for Chivas in Mexico and for the USMNT. I don't see why he is the only player I've seen play in the F50+

I tried the f50 laced and genuinley hated them due to their cramped toe box area, but when i tried the f50+ i loved then so much i instantly bought them! The toe curve actually aids in slightly increasing the toe box hieght, which really suited me, they just fit way more anatomically. Also soleplate was so much better and more responsive than the very bland and boring standard elite models. Also really liked how lighter they were. I also may try and creay lace holes using a dremel or drill and will update you later😅 it seems like it has an adequtly structured lining around the knit ontop of the foot. Looks promising.

Back in the 1980s i wore the Puma SPA King with a raised heel that was supposed to keep you on your toes. Can't say I ever noticed a difference, especially on muddy pitches. Bob 🇬🇧

should I get phantoms or mercurial? I have quite wide feet, but I also can fit well in mercurials, what do you think?

@@Vaxiizlol I like the phantoms better. In my case the mercurials were too tight so I chose the phantoms. Definitely try to go to a soccer show with the socks you’re going to be using for pkaying. Try both try different sizes

I think the only reason I haven't bought them already is because they're pink. Pink/black, white/pink or blue/pink. I don't like pink. If there were more colour options, I'd probably have bought them by now. Red, blue, gold... anything but pink, really. Gorgeous looking boot. I've always been an Adidas Predator kinda guy. Quite like the Predator Accuracy but again, not the best colour line-up... unless you want to spend £500 on the Prada version... which is tempting. 🤔 My 10-12 year old Predators are still going for now, so... I'll keep looking.

I've not tried them so can't say too much, but having tried the mercurials with its zoom air unit, I do prefer the feeling of a soleplate that is closer to the ground. Just feel more stable and planted. Other issue with these F50's is there is no AG version so the boot is redundant for me as I only play on AG

Professional players especially the ones who plays on top tier leagues that has continental tournaments(I.e UEL and UCL) have different set priorities when it comes to their football boots. So you make a great point

this soleplate on a u-throat construction with a textile beased synthetic upper could be something very special. but the upper stiffness and rigidity has to match the soleplate, or else its just too imbalanced

Do you think these are more or less like the mundials, in the sense that adidas just doesn't let their athletes use it? I haven't seen no one use the F50+ and I just think it's odd

Totally different boots when it comes to fit and feel. Both are solid, but it really depends on what you like.

I think these boots are dead in the water if no pros are wearing them. How do you market boots that your athletes say are bad? I don’t think it’s even possible to make a camouflaged version.

Laceless boots in general aren't typically a great choice if you have really wide feet. I wouldn't say that these are ideal for use on artificial grass either.
