First of all I don't think there is anything like unconditional love,,people are loved for something; their money, character, beauty, being funny, kindness, religiousness etc. From my understanding, the dating world is actually a barter trade market where I display my set of values; character,financial status etc and I will be looking out for a lady with certain values like loyalty, beauty, kindness etc. However, just like in any other market there are those goods that are in demand at any one time,,today, the goods on high demand are financial stability, age, hourglass figure, pretty face,emotional maturity, peace of mind,intelligence( Jessica OS for instance will be on high demand 😉😁) Having any of these makes it easier for you to bargain,, in the case of a man having money attracts a variety women and that allows the man to pick the woman who matches his set of values. Love is defined differently by different people.

Unconditional love exist, for example good enough parents love their children unconditionally Atributes like age and so on may also vary (because for example a lot of women want an older man) Love isn't that simple, it isn't just a cold market and trading. People aren't products, and that kind of view would be narcissistic. While falling in love there are chemicals that make us a little bit mentally ill, so we often reject the other party flaws and cons 😉 In real life loved ones are for us so important because of time and connection, even if they not meet completely our "trading needs". The thing about money is that they are external. For example character is internal. So if someone is attracted to somebody because of external things, there are attracted to somebody because of external things 😉 Displaying status at the early stages of meeting someone is distoring the view and making things harder if a man wants intimacy, not just casual sex. Some people are very intelligent and the other party will not know if they are with them only for status or material goods. If you don't have fortune you know for sure, that a girl isn't with you because of that. So you have less options in the beginning, but more meaningful ones. I personally prefer to attract people with my internal value, not external. It's for me more true and fulfilling, also internal value are more safe and stable. On top of that rich people may be a "gold diggers magnets". They may struggle more if they want a real intimacy and connection. They must be capable of choosing wise. Experience, good enough childhood, wise people around would be helpfull. It may be hard when somebody is in their twenties for example. All that glitters is not gold.

However, it is my opinion that most rich men are looking for cooperative and submissive women for the sake of building families or they get a trophy wife to boost their esteem in the eyes of a certain circle. Hey Jessica, you make good points and your theories are somewhat valid. However, i don't think it has only to do with the woman being around them for ulterior motives. Sometimes, and especially with men who have had to build their wealth from scratch, they forget how to love. In the process of climbing to the top, they have had to deal with a lot of betrayal, disappointments...etc in a cooperate context or otherwise. Such things harden you up, changes you, make you weary and untrustworthy of anyone but than yourself, it makes a man cold so much so that even when they find a woman who is truly there for them in every sense of the word, they throw her in the other bunch. This goes to buttress your point, it's really hard for these men. You're doing great work.

A poor man has a better chance of finding "true" love than a rich man. A "true" love does not care who you are or what you have. A rich man can buy a woman that hates him and turn that hate into a love that she "thinks" is true but it really only happened because he bought her with his wealth and bling in the first place. Yes!! You are correct. It's difficult to find a *marriageable* rich man.. They don't exist! Except the love was there before the wealth came and is sustained if the man didn't become toxic . Remember one time, I was late to work so I just rushed out with my pyjamas to buy coco .I saw this extremely curve lady , so i approach her and men her had a extremely terrible attitude . I just walked away . 30 minutes later and I drove out with my jeep Laredo 2020 . I saw this same lady walking on the road . I decided to horn at her and approach her . Her attitude was totally different and she was really friendly . I was soo disguised and I ask her" Do you remember that 30 minutes ago a guy approached her ? This chick said " Yeah some ugly , creepy and black guy." I just held strong eye contact and told that I'm the same guy . She just froze in shock ! I quickly deleted her number and drove off ! Guys please work on yourself confidence and value yourself . I developed the confidence to reject women who try to play games and mind games . My advice to young men approach women and date many women to gain experience soo you will be desensitized to a woman's physical beauty . Once you become desensitized to their beauty you will be able to see their character . Don't be out there looking for perfect looking woman because no woman is perfect but consider their if you want peace . First and foremost, there is no outright generalization for any group of people. Please, understand that there are individual differences... I believe strongly that some rich men, still find true love. People handle wealth/riches differently... Some rich men don't use money to get women, as such they will be able to know if the lady truely loves them or not...I have seen situations where the initial intension of the lady changed into true love after discovering some of the hinden virtues of the man beside the wealth/riches. Hi Jessica. Thanks for this video and I enjoy your content and how you articulate it. I have a big issue I want to raise though regarding the issue of rich guys and why their psychology ends up building towards this point you have described (the tendency to be manipulative, use of fear, etc) and I also definitely don't condone that behaviour... However, the one thing that we can also agree on is that we have a serious challenge with how our society has also been structured in such a place where more respect seems to be given to a guy who's more loaded than the guys who isn't as rich. Even in family meetings in many African societies the opinion of the rich guy is given greater respect than that of the guys who's not as loaded. And ultimately this seems to culminate into how women select their ideal mate as well... And many rich guys will attest to you that when they were still on their way up they never got this kind of attention from women, some were not even looked upon until their fortunes changed. Now, I'm not saying this whole buffet of women who suddenly notice them are genuinely interested in them. There's a good chance that most rich guys actually know this themselves if they get into honest introspection. So I think what we see when we see rich guys being all obnoxious and manipulative because of their wealth, is just a form of anarchy toward the whole concept of true love by the time they are up there. They all really wish they had gotten that true live when they did not have much. As much as we all understand that the guy needs to provide and all, it really is difficult to believe that someone digs you for you when you are now at the top because they've never been tested in terms of their loyalty when you were still at rock bottom. And relationships like marriages are the type where you need to really know that that's where you stand with your future partner before you settle. If there's no opportunity for this lady to prove herself to be loyal even through hard times, (and none of the rich guys is ever gonna go broke just to find out if the lady loves him for him-he'll no) then how can we be sure of her true love and loyalty from the opposite gender when we are finally at the top? And this may also be an even more relevant question to the guys who are born into wealth, because some guys who get to the top have been lucky enough to find their true live while they were still fighting their way up, so those guys are good, but what of the guys who never got that before they got rich? Or those who were already born into money? How would you respond to guys who are there as well?

The 21st century entertainment contribute to the impotence of genuine relationship. Nicky Minaj for instance, through her style of dressing and songs, tell young ladies, especially, that it’s okay to sell your body to whoever for the good life, even if it meant marriage. The social media isn’t helping matters either, though it can be used gainfully. Nowadays, sex isn’t seen as sacred between couple. Hi Jessica another wonderful topic that is loaded with minefields ready to explode but you were excellent as always. As a prelude to my analysis or contribution let me say that I think people develop certain tastes and or prejudice regarding many things in life ,inclusive of female choices based on their life experiences. Therefore at the time they acquire wealth their choices are based upon this experience.I don't think the choice of eye/arm candy is all superficial. If you have money you try to get the best in quality style and presentation, and the modern eye candy girl is often intelligent enough to disguise her true intent . The rich guy may initially figure he has met a beautiful girl who might show interest in endeavors .She would know his interests wealth investments and even his likes and dislikes by studying him so he figures" this person must love me" only to be deceived. I also think that that sometimes when a less than glamorous girl or financially underprivileged girl gets into such a situation she has friends who tell her she will get dumped or get used.The man is similarly influenced. The Bible talks about being unequally yoked.Even when both sides have money and both are post children for concepts of beauty there are problems which develop. I think the admiration of wealth or riches corrupts the existence of love. Love comes when we begin to understand where we can be through natural disasters in spite of wealth e.g. cancer, stroke ,accidental paralysis and who will love us in and care for us in the way you care for a mother or child in those circumstances. I remember a situation where in an estranged relationship a man lay on a bed and said to his wife "if anything were to happen to you you would get the best possible care, but if anything happened to me I would have to lie here, look at the roof and hope to die" She did not respond. To find love you must first find yourself and know yourself well. I would encourage you to watch a you tube video where Yendi Phillips interviews Cindy Breakspeare ,former Jamaican Ms World. As always keep doing well. You have not seen me commenting recently because you were rightfully promoting opportunities for Ghanians in real estate.(That excluded me ) Maybe you can do a short series on investment opportunities for non nationals in Ghana,real estate business etc.

Jessica makes some valid points even though I do not agree with her entirely. There's something I think she missing called Female Hypergamy. Female hypergamy, simply put, is a woman’s proclivity to mate (for lack of a better term) with the best possible man she can find. Socio-economic status recognition is an INNATE drive in females. While we as men are designed to sow their seeds, women are designed to seek provisioning and safety. This is one fundamental truth of nature (a few minutes watching NatGeo wild will convince you). Not to forget the obvious fact that we are animals. And denying its existence only means that you’re still unconscious because one of the primary roles of hypergamy, apart from securing continuity for a woman and her offspring: is to make men self-conscious (there is nothing that will make a man more self-conscious than being rejected by a woman). I was gonna say I think the title is misleading, but then realised the whole discussion is problematic - it is grossly misleading to suggest, somehow, that all rich men can't find true love, and therefore justify an entire segment to help them all understand why. I think the real point is that, rich or poor, men get the women they are prepared to work for, "work" being the quality/thing you decide to develop as your lever for winning women over. Money, as much as it is not necessarily easy to come by, is the laziest way of building presence with the opposite sex. It is, effectively, make up for the human character, and obscures all the human blemishes that would trip you up otherwise. But, like all make up, it must come off at the end of the day; so, despite all of its allure, money is very limited in its capacity to "secure' the relationship, because that securing is a function of character and honesty and cannot be achieved by any other means. The thing, though, is the man who builds wealth as a means of getting romantic/sexual advantage might likely not be bothered about "true love", because he, purely by virtue of having chosen money as his vehicle of choice, can safely be understood to have determined that "true love" is nonsense, and so will not be looking for it. Rather he wants a woman to complement all the other trinkets in his world. Whether or not she loves him is immaterial, because, even if she did, he wouldn't know how to recognise it, because he only understands a world where money governs things, and by that understanding, any woman he enjoys - maritally or otherwise - is there exactly because of how much money he has and how well he has leveraged it, and he is okay with that. The guy you need to speak to is the guy, rich or poor, who is looking for true love, and who needs to understand that the surest route to that is to develop himself as a person, deepening and enriching his humanity by all available means. That way, even when he gets money, it will not govern his interactions and perceptions of the world. It will also equip him to look more deeply into people (because one cannot perceive a humanity any deeper than ones own), and identify, as well as give, the honesty and beauty he seeks in love. For that person money becomes an incidental outgrowth of his humanity, rather that the central force by which his humanity is defined. Because the man for whom money is an incidental outgrowth of a deep humanity is perfectly equipped to recognise, share and properly appreciate love; while the guy for whom money is the central humanity defining force has no capacity for recognising, giving or even understanding love, and so would likely not deserve it, even if it were available; because no genuinely loving woman deserves to be with a man like that. This has been a really long comment; but I hope it helps.

i have a friend who is incredibly wealthy and he was searching for a woman, he decided to present himself as a lower class person. Anyways he decided to be an okada rider, as crazy as it sounds he was able to get a great lady worth getting married to. it took him 5 yrs to find a lady, but it wasn't easy for the lady to believe he was acting all along, but as time moved on everything got settled. my friend had an incredible self control character so he was able to stay very humble even though his status of owning multimillion companies. I was astonished experiencing from the beginning, it started of as a joke but now everything makes sense. its possible, and i always ask myself " i'm i really the man that lady is worth being with". Its possible, but its HARD.

Now then, is true love something that rich men will rank as an interesting accomplishment? I doubt it.
