He's one of the greatest athletes the NBA has ever seen but how great he was depended on how hard he can grind and brute force his way to winning games. He's doesn't have that jump like he used to and now his style of play looks awful because of it. He needs to be the Lakers 6th man, he can still grind out against the 2nd unit like his own self but he can't do it taking away from the offense run by LeBron and AD.

Russ is going to be out the league because he’s high usage with low efficiency and he doesn’t put any effort in on defense. Probably the most under discussed topics about Russ this past season was his lackluster defensive effort and his lack of being able to transition from superstar to valuable role player. Allen Iverson was incapable of the same thing and was out the league surprisingly quick.

I responded to this video twice just moments apart and apparently it has two different titles, because the title of one that I commented on is titled "Why Russell Westbrook is getting kicked out of the NBA", yet the title of the second one is "How one rule change ruined Westbrook's career". Literally both of the comments were to the same video back to back. I never even left the comment section. In my email were I was replied to they even have the same thumbnail. How is that even possible? Now one of the comments doesn't even look like it pertains to the video. This creator is doing something fishy. You can't have this much misinformation and speculation while playing the same 10 clips 10 times from multiple angles to make it appear as though you've shown 100 clips and have a half a million subscribers.

Honestly man he's been the same dude throughout his entire career. It's the fact that he's now on one of the most watched teams in NBA causing attention to his strengths and weaknesses. his issue is bad decision making, not finishing all those are just products of his bad decision making... i called this when i started being his fan in 2013-2016... after 2017 i couldnt stand watching any of his games cause the man had turned from a bad decision maker to a terrible decision maker and to this day i blame KD and mvp voters for ruining him as a player, they gassed him up so much dude couldnt see his mistakes anymore cause of triple double stats and than the KD thing ruined his ability to trust teammate on and off the court

And he’s lasted and accomplished more than most players with his skill set as limited as seems sometimes. Steph had an NBA father and Dame could shoot; out of the three Steph is the one who’s limitations can easily be worked on and who’s high school and college age and temperament show a willingness to be coached. If was the same illegal defense and hand check Westbrook might’ve been the more successful individually although that’s not to take anything away from Steph or Dame.
