And dialogues were referenced from Deadpool 1 & 2 in Deadpool & Wolverine (I've been rewatching Deadpool films) It really was a full circle perfect film to finish the Deadpool franchise. I think a lot of people don't realize a sheer amount of time, money and effort was also spent on marketing Deadpool & Wolverine. Both Hugh and Ryan were EVERYWHERE, both in and out of character. Traveling all over the word, attending all those premieres, filming all those guestings in big talk shows, KZbin channels, ads, I can not imagine how they both manage to appear not tired at all and even have the energy and patience. They all deserve a really long break.

Whenever they feel like they are dragging ass, they just think of the crazy money they make and how beloved they and their characters are. Plus, I think they both take pretty good care of themselves and they can also feed off of their friendship to boost each other up as needed.

Pretty sure that all of that press is just Ryan Reynolds setting himself up for an even bigger paycheck when they make the next one. All big actors call their shots early as soon as the initial profit numbers come in Downey did it Phoenix did it. I wouldn't rush a deadpool & Wolverine 2 unless it's a needed sequel with a solid story that is like, we have to make this move. Much like the ghostbusters movies, don't rush it, but also, don't take 10-20 or 50 years !lol. If it only takes 6 months for that great idea, then do it. Basically no cash grab. But I think what I'm the most excited for after Deadpool & Wolverine is the possibilities beyond just the deadpool & Wolverine character, but them with all the other characters, like imagine the interactions with Spider-Man, Starlord, Drax, Thor, Ironman from the Multiverse, Ant Man, Doctor Strange !! The possibilities are endless for great interactions, like even Mantis & Deadpool, I would love to hear what Mantis says after deadpool says something crazy or after Wolverine does something crazy. Not to mention Xmen and The Fantastic 4

The movie surpassed all expectations and will make even more on streaming, DVD. They promoted this movie everywhere and they have other projects I'm sure and they have families. You don't want to have fatigue with sequels and with RDJ coming back Marvel will be just fine. Kudos to Ryan, Shaun and Hugh for making a film that was authentic and true to the characters. I do hope they will rest. Well deserved.

I absolutely love the X-Men from Marvel so much so, that I have a detailed fan theory as to how the X-Men could join the Marvel Cinematic Universe: keep First Class, Days of Future Past, Apocalypse, Dark Phoenix, Deadpool 1 & 2, New Mutants in the Marvel Cinematic Universe timeline as there is a massive gap between 1963-1995 with the Dark Phoenix cast appearing in Deadpool 1&2, these films can happen after the events of Dark Phoenix and since Essex Corps is referenced in New Mutants, this could happen in the Dark Phoenix timeline after these events, Professor X uses Cerebro to convince the world that mutants don't exist and erase any new mutant activities from people's minds whenever one is witnessed. however the only person who knows is Nick Fury, who agrees with Professor X to keep tabs on any new mutant activity. this is also referenced in a deleted scene from Iron Man 1, when Nick mentions X-Men the X-Men can work in secret between 1992 up until Endgame. when Tony Stark snaps his fingers, the mind stone reverses the effects of Professor X's actions. resulting in the public now remembering who the X-Men are as for Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, Hydra's meddling with the mind stone prematurely reversed Professor X's actions, as it was mentioned that the mind stone unlocks dormant abilities already present in the brain my theory brings the Dark Phoenix X-Men cast into the MCU, thus eliminating the need to recast the entire X-Men team. the actors are young, they've expressed interest in returning and continuing their roles. it's an option for Marvel Studios to do that I've explained my theory to a lot of people, most of whom say it works. others say it won't work and demand i should forget everything about the Fox X-Men films and be happy with what Disney/Marvel Studios are going to do with the X-Men I will probably receive a lot of negative feedback about my theory, nothing is set in stone, if Marvel Studios can bring back JK Simmons as J Jonah Jameson/the Sony Spider-cast, why won't they bring back the Dark Phoenix cast? there are multiple websites that support my theory, along with the Iron Man 1 deleted post credit scene. not only that, something similar happened in the comics (Robert Reynolds/Sentry and Gabriel Summers/Vulcan) since Days of Future Past rewrote the timeline, X-trilogy/Wolverine trilogy no longer take place as the ending to Dark Phoenix doesn't connect to the original trilogy, leaving it open for possible future sequels. as I mentioned, the Dark Phoenix cast could return and continue James McAvoy - Professor X Michael Fassbender - Magneto Tye Sheridan - Cyclops Nicholas Hoult - Beast Alexandra Shipp - Storm Kodi Smitt-Mcphee - Nightcrawler Sophie Turner - Jean Grey Channing Tatum - Gambit Josh Brolin - Cable Brianna Hildebrand - NTW Stefan Kapicic - Colossus Olivia Munn - Psylocke Peter Dinklage - Bolivar Trask Oscar Isaac - Apocalypse Rose Byrne - Moira McTaggart Anya Taylor-Joy - Magik as I've mentioned, in my X-Men MCU timeline, Mystique dies and Quicksilver dies after Avengers 2. the other X-Men characters I don't mind recasting, as long as they keep the cast I mention above aswell as try to follow my fan theory

If it wasnt for him, DP would still be just another mid- popularity comic book character that never got out of the comics, a great character still but wouldnt have reached the stardom Ryan gave it, not even close. Ryan understands the character too well and fought tooth and nail to get it into cinema when nobody in the industry believed this character could work. Recasting him without Ryan's approval would be not only disrespectful but a bitter experience as well.

Ive been saying for years that Deadpool would be the perfect character to take over the Stan Lee cameo tradition. Yes, I know Lee didn’t create Deadpool but his ability to break the 4th wall would be perfect for it and nobody would question his position in any scene - no matter what it is. Also it would be great to have that where’s Waldo-esque cameo in every movie again.

Seeing Deadpool have a post credit scene additionally in every Marvel movie after this one I think would work. Where it shows either his commentary, a recap, a wtf moment that he is the catalyst to help the "progression" of the movie would be sinisterly good. Kind of lwhat he does in some of his actual comic series or based on the perspective of "Lion King 1 & 1/2" aka. "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead" style.

I acctually dont think they should do PG-13 for X-men and newer Marvel movies. Most of the fanbase are middleaged and grew up with these comics, im guessing that a big reason for Deadpool being so succesful.

They should just to stick to the tone of the source material. If the comic is rated PG-13, make a PG-13 movie. If the comic is rated R, make an R-rated movie.

The last Deadpool movie was 6 years ago, they won't be in a rush to make another one despite the success of D&W, but I can see the character appear in a Thunderbolts sequel as well as the 2 Avengers movies, and possibly X-Men or an X-Force movie

This strongly reminds of when Quentin Tarantino said he would only make 10 movies. And even though his movies only keep getting better he still said he wont make any more. I think it makes sense to stop at your high point. They already made millions if not billions from the franchise and characters, the actors dont need to do it for the money either. You really only can go downhill from here. You cant make the same quality movies forever. You certainly dont suddenly get better at making and delivering movies when you are 80 compared to 50 or 40 or 60. And also it leaves you wanting more, thats a feeling you only really get from certain movies, its the best place to stop when you are on your peak, and not degrade and just make movies as a fan service. That almost never pays off in the end. I fully support Ryan Reynolds in this. And like i said it strongly reminds me of Quentin Tarantino in a way and why he wont make more then 10 movies
