To a degree. Tien was able to blow back Cell with his Tri beams despite being so much weaker than him the the attacks did zero damage. There’s also Captain Ginyu being weaker than Goku but being able to switch bodies, or Guldo who legit could freeze time for as long as he could hold his breath. Plenty of other examples for exceptions, but you’re right that most hax don’t work on stronger opponents.

I doubt that. Saitama can pulverize cell in their first match. Wait till he gain saiyan zenkai boost and freeza's innate talent multiple times. Saitama shows that he can't destroy every bit of boros in order to stop its regeneration. Imagine he did that to someone like cell who keep on getting stronger after regenerating. I'm not talking about 2x stronger or 10x stronger but 30x more powerful than he previously was. He will eventually beat saitama. Especially saitama is not known to be an intelligent fighter, he will just punch you. If boros who is not as durable as cell can withstand and survive saitama. I think that speaks volume. Zenkai boost and freeza's innate talent will definitely devour saitama. Again we haven't seen saitama's full power but I guess saitama will only win if he went back in time and kill cell in his larvae form. Also hax in dragon ball doesn't mean sure win. They can force their way out of difficult situation by sheer force. If somehow saitama turn back time there's a possibility that he will still see cell complete form cuz you know time doesn't mean anything to a saiyan. Like what goku did to hit. We can calculate the speed for Kami’s ship going between earth and Jupiter in 4.2 seconds, and get a number between 300 to 600 times the speed of light, then using 34 days as how long it took to get to namek, we have around a 255,546,656,052,364.8 mile distance between earth and Namek. Now taking into consideration Dr. Briefs ship got to namek in 6 days, his ship is around 2,676.271 times the speed of light. Goku was also flung off of this ship at one point and held by his space suits cord. Now this shows that Goku is insanely durable, and so is that suit somehow. While Goku was climbing that cord, he saw astroids coming and ducked them although still panicking, which implies close calls. The ship is still dragging him almost 3,000 times lightspeed and he is moving that fast towards the rocks, for him to comprehend the astroids and dodge them, it would be like if an asteroid moving 3K times lightspeed were thrown at Goku, and he comprehended it and dodged it. He not only comprehended something that fast but had to dodge it too, and that dodge had to be linear to the 3,000 lightspeed as well for him to dodge in time. I think it's Cell's Hacks that give him the edge. All it takes is one singular cell of his to survive for him to fully Regen and get a massive Zenkai. Saitama would probably make cell leapfrog his previous capabilities from when the fight first started. It wouldn't be close to easy for Saitama. If there was a ratio, it would be closer to 60/40 in cell's favor. Also because Cell can sense energy, he would feel Saitama out and know to not play around with him too much. The Frieza in his cells would make him cunning and ruthless enough to refuse to allow Saitama too many opportunities to get over on him easily and the goku and Vegeta in him would be looking for tactical advantages to ensure he's got control during the battle. The pride of Vegeta might get him into a bit of trouble early on though.

A serious Saitama is capable of copying and surpassing every single one of Cell's techniques, given that Garou explicitly stated he could copy all of God's powers without taking his hand. God's powers are 4th-dimensional, which is infinitely superior in complexity to anything in Cell's arsenal, and includes things like space, time, energy, and matter manipulation as we see with characters like Garou, Empty Void, Psykos, and Homeless Emperor. This fight really isnt close if you use a peak Saitama. Saitama has a higher base strength (consistently), a higher growth rate, an unlimited ceiling on his power, 4-Dimensional Copying abilities, and experience with regenerating monsters like Boros.

You can say he has all of his feats laid bare on the table, but Saitama as far as we know could be an entirely immesurable force. We have not seen anyone do any real damage to Saitama at all, we have not seen him winded or tired, or even hurt or bleeding. We have not seen the limit to his power, or speed, or literally any maximum feat and he has quite literally been able to travel through time with a learned technique. The problem with scaling Saitama is that he gets stronger with no specific condition. In audiobooks he once fought yesterday version of himself in simulation and killed it with one punch. In manga it was said that his rate of growth started to soar exponentially, applying that he had growth before. So for example you try to write down his power level but when you finish writing it his power already increased too high. In recent chapters he stopped Void's dimensional slash, slash from higher dimension(that's outside causality of the universe which is 5D since universe is 4D and there's more of them can be seen) with 2 fingers. And attack stated to be unstoppable and cut space

idk how caught up you are in the manga. but in the re-draws for empty void. saitama was confirmed 4d+, with statemesnts and a feats from 2 other characters. garou also states in the fight "if anyone can master gods power it is you" reffering to saitama. and later on blast states "the attack comes from a higher dimension, it ignores distance, speed and energy. that is one of gods powers". refering to this being one of gods weaker powers.

3:51 grade 3 had a multiplier of about 95x but was massively slower and sloopy so it was never used. Grade four was theoretical and never truely explained or used. Only implied to be a Mastery over basu spuer saiyan in which you can use it infinitely without depowering or turning back. With the same multiplier. Maybe higher but likely no more than super saiyan 2 with a multiplier of 100x base without drawbacks. I think this is a completely fair matchup. Despite all the instances he's been in that say otherwise, we know that Saitama hungers for a true battle. Not because he lives for it, but because it's the only thing that reminds him of being able to feel anything that isn't the dread of rent and groceries. If Saitama is vocal about this, which he may be given the dream sequence has him at the very least very excited about it in his head. I think Cell would be endlessly infatuated by this. Unlike Goku, who strives to become stronger with every fight, he faces Saitama, who gets exhilarated at the prospect of fighting an equal or stronger opponent because it reminds him of what it means to be human (Granted Genos isn't killed). Cell does dick around a lot, and that may be his downfall. The adaptation of Saitama is unexpanded upon, making it hard to gauge, but it's clear that it's very powerful. It extends beyond physical prowess and steps into the realm of basically altering Saitama to whatever it takes to survive or win. Lack of oxygen, breaking through dimensional walls, kicking away spatial openings, durability negation negation, mimicking martial arts, and going back in time. Also, being aware that he's in panels? The only question really just is, how fast does it work? We see that his power grows exponentially, but for other things like survivability, it just seems instant. Either way, I can see this fight going either way. If you give them the averages of their strength, not wanking or low-balling either.

It's stated in the show and guides that the universe is infinite and infinitely expanding, so King Kai was able to keep track of an infinite FTL ship but unable to keep track of Goku and Freeza during their fight. Which means they are 2x faster than Infinite Speed, minimum. Not 150,000 FTL. Which wouldn't be able to cross the half universe in 6 days. It would take nearly 1 million years to do that if you low ball and use our observable universe (roughly 100 billion light years). Low ball speed would be around 100 billion FTL for the ship, 200 billion FTL to the Space Pods and 400 billion FTL for Goku v Freeza. Cell games, you can low-ball and make them 2-8 times stronger as we don't really know the increases. But at the end they are faster than Infinite Speed by several fold when going by the guides, show statements and manga.

Dragon Ball fans really love to put down Saitama as if he is a very useless, low-level character who has lost every battle he has fought and has no chance of defeating anyone. In reality, Saitama, since the day he made his debut, has never lost a single fight, nor has he ever taken battle damage whatsoever, and the power level that he has shown so far is not something to scoff at, at least in comparison with other main characters in anime. You may argue that OPM characters are weak, but Saitama has not lost any fights. You DB fans need to realize that DB has been around since 1986, which is about 38 years since its debut (not DB Z, but DB), while One Punch Man came along in 2009(not the anime adaptation that debut in 2015), meaning that DB had a 23-year headstart before OPM. This means that DB characters had 23 years of character development before OPM ever came to the scene, and in the span of over two decades, DB characters have grown and fought very powerful foes, but this does not mean that Saitama is weak. If you follow the One Punch Man logic, you'll realize that it does not matter who Saitama fights because, at the end of the day, Saitama will end up defeating his opponent with a single punch. I am not saying that the very first punch Saitama dishes out will end his opponent instantly, even though that has happened a good number of times. What I am trying to say is that, at the end of the day, a single punch will end his opponents, i.e., Boros and Cosmic Garou. Also, just because Cell is stated to be stronger than Frieza and Frieza destroyed a planet (Namek) whose destruction was seen outside its galaxy does not mean Saitama is weak. Saitama is not weak because Frieza is strong, nor is he weak because Perfected Cell is stronger than Frieza. Saitama's strength is not based on the strength of another character in another universe. Just because Goku fought Jiren and won does not mean that Saitama is fodder. What you DB fans are indirectly saying is that if a Jiren or a Berus-like character appears in the OPM universe, Saitama will lose to them 😂😂😂😂. What I see most DB fans do is that they always place Saitama in the DB universe every single time they compare him to any DB character, and this means that, because a DragonBall character has fought, let say Frieza, Berus, or even Broly, that automatically tells us that Saitama stands no chance whatsoever against that particular DB character, or if a DB character destroys a planet with relative ease, this means that Saitama stands no chance in any world to defeat that DB character, which is not the case. I get that DB characters are broken, but that does not mean that Saitama is weak or that he will lose. To prove my point, if you watch @OfficalDivine's video of Goku vs. Saitama, he says at the end of the video that Saitama "gets put on a T-shirt by base Goku." This, to me, is due to the fact that Saitama is being compared to Goku in the DB universe, so Saitama cannot win. Let me prove my point even further. If you are DB fan and I say that Master Roshi will defeat Saitama, I'm 99% sure that you guys would say, "Yes, of course!" Better yet, if I were to say that Satiama gets bullied by Krillin, you DB fans would give a resounding '"Yes!!". You see! That's my point. Saitama is not losing to Master Roshi or Krillin bro; whether you like it or not, no matter how you try to prove it, it's not going to happen 😂😂😂😂. I will defend Saitama anywhere and anytime because my boy Saitama has been insulted and disrespected too much by these DB fans 😂😂😂😂. Yes, in terms of feats, DB characters have shown a lot more feats than OPM has yet to show and the key word there is "YET". The whole highballing to Dbz speed feats is laughable to me, Akira Toriyama himself doesn't think that early dbz goku has a combat speed anywhere near light speed, they can be easily debunked since Dyspo is said to be insanely fast because he can actually reach and go beyond the speed of light in combat, which is deemed impressive by the gods of descrutions, hit, goku... Ultra instinct goku was able to casually catch Dyspo's hit, so at that point of the story, characters can indeed reach and go beyond light speed in combat, perhaps they have insane combat levels already, but saying they move 160 thousands of times faster than light is well beyond dumb

Basically, the background is key. Great Ape Gohan shoots a blast at the ground and it causes a big mushroom cloud from the explosion. Piccolo then proceeds to shoot a blast at the moon in the same scan page and destroys the moon on the next. By the time the moon is destroyed we see the mushroom cloud is still dissipating. So we know the time it took Piccolo to destroy the moon is less than it takes for a mushroom cloud to dissipate. It wasn't Akira's intention to the blast to reach the moon in 3 seconds or 1.5 seconds or whatever you claim it to be, using that feat and comparing it to goku being able to dodge it then making it the basis of speed scaling is just laughable, If yo say Goku has traveling speed faster than light then yes, that is defintely correct, but Combat speed is different, It is the ability to move your limbs, react, attack and defend at a certain speed, now can goku react, attack, defend at the speed of 160 thousands times faster than light? in Early Dbz? no way, not even close, if you claim it to be around the speed of light or a few times faster that's okay, but this many timesfaster than light? that's just insanity, The reason i used Dyspo as an example, is because that's what the author wants, he litteraly puts him as a speedster who can go faster than light, something unique to him, only surpassed by UI goku, gods of destruction perhaps, Jiren, Angels ...ect
