Heck gold has more use than even diamond. It makes the most satisfying food the golden carrot. It makes golden apple that can save ur life. It is used in two potions. It’s required to make nertherite. It’s required to trade with piglin. It’s extremely decorative. It’s the easiest to enchant. It’s the most efficient as a tool all you need to do is apply unbreaking. It’s used to make potions effects last longer. (Though that’s glowstone dust, but glowstone is basically fool’s gold) It’s used to make powered rails which included in many redstone builds.
