1. Are you saying to set our daily budget in the beginning to our ideal CPA? I’ve tried 2x’ing budgets in order to get another purchase per day (going from 1 to 2 purchases for example) and performance gets significantly worse. 2. Is there a time period that you wait once you increase these budgets? Ex. Don’t touch audience for 7 full days since performance fluctuates throughout the week?
@KonstantinosDoulgeridis11 күн бұрын
First of all just cause you want to scale it doesent mean that you can. If it is not working work with more campaigns instead to scale. These last days of the year is not a good period for testing
@luxe03928 күн бұрын
What’s the best approach to determining the right budget for a campaign, whether it’s ABO or CBO? Would you base it on 2-3 times the cost per purchase, or use like half the product cost , if a product costs $80, start with a $40 budget)? For ABO campaigns, is it essential to test different budgets across ad sets to identify what works? Do you find that a successful campaign structure often revolves around finding the optimal budget ABO? and with CBO its with specific ad sets and budgets, so you would test for each?
@KonstantinosDoulgeridis28 күн бұрын
For sure you need to test to find the right budgets number of adsets on CBO etc. There is no equation or recipe sadly. I wish there was. You adapt to each price and ad account. Best practice from me all these years except from experience across accounts of course was to ask "Am I asking too much from Meta with my budget on daily level?"

If my average ROAS is 2 and I’m currently getting 1.5 from four fully optimized campaigns with a daily spend of $100, would scaling further even be possible? How would you approach this? Since you’ve scaled many high-spending brands to impressive levels, do you think the best move is to wait for a stronger period to launch new campaigns and scale? Alternatively, would reducing spend by closing underperforming campaigns help boost overall ROAS closer to the average? Lastly, is scaling realistic if I’m operating near breakeven ROAS with such a low daily spend?
@KonstantinosDoulgeridis28 күн бұрын
Yea I would wait or remove the weakest if there is any and try something else or creatives. If you are always near breakeven roas scaling is realistic either with better creatives or improving numbers like AOV.

You’ve mentioned that scaling budgets with ABO campaigns is more feasible compared to CBO because ABO is less fragile. However, you’ve also said that budget increases, especially at higher levels like $1,000 a day, should be handled cautiously to avoid resetting the learning phase. Since there’s always a risk that scaling might overemphasize the leading ad and if it fails, the entire campaign could collapse, would you recommend limiting budget increases to once or twice with the 20% rule for high-budget campaigns? Or is there another strategy you suggest to mitigate this risk?
@KonstantinosDoulgeridis29 күн бұрын
I never ever talked about avoiding reseting the learning phase cause I dont care about the learning phase, I talked about significant changes and what Meta says, that if you increase more than 20% it will exit the learning phase. In the video I did say that for big budgets like 4k or 10k or 20k spend in a campaign with one adset 20% increase makse sense instead of the small budgets.
@AniMomentsYT29 күн бұрын
@@KonstantinosDoulgeridis thank you for clarification! but would you recommend limiting budget increases to once or twice with the 20% rule for high-budget campaigns?
@KonstantinosDoulgeridis29 күн бұрын
Once or twice per week? What do you mean? It is normal to wait 2 days on bigger budgets between your increases to see how the campaigns will react to the change. You do the same when you lower budgets. If this is what you ask no you dont increase every day. Unless if we talk about cost/bid caps or you are in a special promo period that these rules dont exist and you are super aggresive.
@AniMomentsYT29 күн бұрын
@@KonstantinosDoulgeridis So, on big budgets, increase once, wait 2-3 days, see if the campaign is fine, and keep doing it? But how much more would you do it if it were preferable? and you don't really prefer to increase budgets because eventually a mistake will be made?
@KonstantinosDoulgeridis29 күн бұрын
Yes. Whenever you increase a budget you accept the possibility of fucking up. So you do it until the point you want or until you fuck up to discover the limits. Eventually something will happen you cant scale for ever. It is also experience after a point on the ad account and product but also across ad accounts.

hi konstantinos i have a doubt, if i use adv+ and i know that there is a limit to the number of these campaigns, let's suppose that each campaign has a budget of 300 dollars, when i reach the maximum limit how can i increase the budget if i can't duplicate them anymore?
@KonstantinosDoulgeridis29 күн бұрын
There is no limit anymore to ASC campaigns. They removed that the spring of 2024!

Hello Konstantinos, if I am still in the learning phase (50 conversions per week), could I add more ads without losing the learning progress achieved so far?
@KonstantinosDoulgeridisКүн бұрын
The learning phase is related to each adset. Adding ads WITHOUT touching the existing ads shouldnt reset it. Now that I replied I must say that I think that you should not add ads and you should not care about the learning phase.

Thank you for your insights. Many of the times i have noticed when i increase the budget from 50$ to 100$ (cpp $30-35) it messes up the purchases and i dont get any purchases for few days. Do you think doing so will break the hot pocket ?
@KonstantinosDoulgeridis29 күн бұрын
Nah it is a very small budget change. If you have trouble doing so try doing it with another campaign.

My CPA is $3.6 -$4, start from $10-$20 ABO or $30 CBO, how can I scaling budget(account daily spend $1400-$1800)? So many ad number for small budget with low cpa & roi 2.2-2.5(ABO copy or CBO with interest or crazy method). One Meta page ad limit 250 ad number. Help!
@KonstantinosDoulgeridis29 күн бұрын
Sorry but your CPA is not 3,6 to 4. This is what you get on low spends. It is not your real numbers. Start spending more with more campaigns or by increasing budgets to find your real CPA and then we can discuss 1400 and 2k or even 10k per day budgets. You dont even know your numbers yet if you spend 10 20 30

@@KonstantinosDoulgeridis CPA $3.6 to $4 is my ad account cpa, is my result number! $1400 to $1700, is my real daily spend in my account. Because run for a skincare brand Indonesia shopee store. Ok so new info here. Indonesia and 1400 spend. That means that you get that CPA with volume. I would focus on these 4 things to scale more. New products. Cost caps. New creatives. Partnership ads and colaboration with influencers.

Hey, thanks so much for such valuable information! Could you please tell me if you think I should start a new ad account? I am a dropshipper and have been using the same ad account for the past 3 years to test products from same niche. Most campaigns have had terrible roas due to me not understanding fb ads at first. However, I am finally getting campaigns with 6-8 roas, and all other campaigns are turned off. This add account has over 220 campaigns, but only 2 currently that are turned on and running. Thank you so much.
@KonstantinosDoulgeridis27 күн бұрын
Hi. If the results are good there is not point on going on another account. If you are afraid on pixel data dont be. If it was a sale here and ther on other items and now you have items that took over spending and having volume of sales you will be fine

@KonstantinosDoulgeridis Thank you so much! Last question. I found a winning ad set in a ABO (I know, I know you said ABO is not it) running at $20 a day 8% roas. What would be the best way to scale this ad set? CBO or ASC? CBO with 3 identical ad sets Same winning interest? THANK YOU!!!
@KonstantinosDoulgeridis27 күн бұрын
All I'm saying is that with 20 spend per day is not a winning. It might be but it is not good data to say so. Now you need to see if it can scale. Dublicate it and see if it works with double or triple the budget or do a crazy method with it to test it on a CBO campaign.
