I'm not lonely, it's genuine companionship I occasionally miss. The problem is now I'm 65, I no longer have the TIME to figure out if a person is GENUINE anymore. Healthier to stay to myself and treat myself well and with self respect.😊

Sigmas are harder on ourselves than we are on anyone else. As such, when we don’t meet someone’s expectations, we will defer to our own internal barometer as opposed to their arbitrary preferences.

I like these videos bc most of the info is how I am.. I just don’t like to place myself in a box and put a label on what type of person I am. I highly believe we shouldn’t do that to ourselves and others. Like what grinds my gears the most is horoscopes. We can’t say someone is this way bc of a sign. For the most part I feel like I’m fairly easy to figure out and understand, I have high standards for people and myself. Integrity, honesty, growth, etc. I want people who want to be in my life, our relationship to have depth and not on the surface if that makes sense. I’m not perfect by a long shot and I don’t require others to be but I go and above and beyond for mine and my people and it would be nice to have the same in return… sometimes we fall short and that’s okay but if I feel unwanted then I usually just retreat. I’m not gonna say ohhh I’m different but I cherish people that’s in my little circle. I don’t open up to people easy but when I do, there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for you. And that’s facts.

They are not friends. They think and behave as if they are friends. True friends are rare. A Sigma always has very few real friends she keeps them for life long.

Ah ... sorry, but this video doesn't resonate with me. It feels like it's been written by a male. Although the points made are valid, it doesn't concur with my life experience. My lived experience is that I am not welcomed or liked for who I am. I am too weird, too independent, too intense, too smart, too conscientious, too talented, too calm, too unemotional, too mysterious, too ... something. I feel that I can't be who I really am around other people because, inevitably, they'll have some issue or problem with it. Often, for example, they'll compare themselves to me, and then be upset with me because they feel lazy or incompetent in comparison. This occurs again and again, and I'm sick of it. It is a HUGE issue because, as a Sigma, I MUST BE AUTHENTICALLY MYSELF. If other people constantly have issues with who or what I am, then the only way I can be authentically myself is by being alone.

Simple. People are flaky and when they do show up they feel the need to post the interaction on their instagram. Nothing weirder and or more annoying/borderline intrusive than being out with a ‘friend’ and get a text from someone (whom isn’t present) asking about why didn’t I invite them to where I am…and I wonder how they know , not like it was a secret, but when they say the person I’m with posted on instagram WHULE WERE STILL THERE is like wtf. If anyone was out to get us they’d know exactly where we are. I hate that. It’s not about paranoia,it’s about living a content and private life.

No, not the last days of the fiction Bible. Just humans being stupid. Empaths feel. Feelings hurt. To be a Sigma you must have experiencd severe trauma. For our own sanity, walking away from nasty selfish people is a no brainer. I am happy with my grown child alone.

Totally agree, the bible is fiction and more often than not, used as a weapon to abuse people, especially children. A lot of the trauma in my life came from a Catholic upbringing and education. A true sigma woman would never be fooled by religion, or need it.

And people don’t care about being late to things that aren’t mandatory…they’ll show up to work, school, court etc on time but when you agree to meet for lunch at 3 and they have the habit of leaving their house at 3 or text at 230 asking if the plans are still on and if so they’d better get in the shower is so rude and lazy

If you are a giving person and not a person that wants to use and and abuse people it is dangerous to have relationships romantic or just friends We are in the last days and the bible tells us what type of people are with us now And from experience relationships of all kinds is total crap BUT GOD still loves us even though we are all.awful people And yes jealously hatefulness cheating How many people are faithful Is there really any marriages nowadays ?

My husband's family sat around and were in competition with each other and took great care to put each other down with sly remarks and would say if they complimented each other I really hate to say this blah blah abd they were serious And then my husband was upset I did not eant to.go over there My family talks about funny things at my dads My moms family we talk about religion, science, politics real.stuff Thats fun

Friendships are important in human development in society,family and groups. Solitude is not for everyone, important to know that some people go crazy alone. Important is know how to choose your friendships if you are kind needs reassurance, companionship,validation, nurture, touch, warmth , conversations in daily basis, see others to feel real and etcetera. I recommend talking to your parents, grandpas,pastor,priest and school guidance or therapist about what is right for you and your kind.
