My first thought with the big skull was Xim as well. I was surprised to see that he's already been mentioned in Canon, which does give some more credence to him being the origin of the treasure imo.

Dedicated lanes for AT-ATs really made a difference for Coruscant lower city traffic flow and safety.

I think the main concern with world-building in Star Wars, especially with civilian life, is how it becomes too similar to our world. Whilst with the scale of the galaxy, it would make sense to have at least one planet that is very akin to earth American-surbabanism. I still think it needs to have more of a sci-fi budding up with fantasy. Naboo (deleted scenes epII), Tatooine (Ep1, 2, & 4) and Bespin (Ep5) are prime examples of Star Wars civilian life on display - from low socio economic to high. The present similar lifestyles, but it doesn't feel like home, it's more adventure. So it will be interesting to see how this planet fits into the story for these kids. Ultimately I know I am going to find it very hard to see a general mid-range suburban living in this galaxy... Stranger Things/Goonies Star Wars sounds interesting on paper, but still needs grounding in the universe with sensible story telling, the two things that have been lacking in all Star Wars media post OG.

I heard other people giving the same theory because one of the kids has like alien letters on their jacket similar to Greek letters. 5:36 in the big shot of the area the ship in the middle could be a ZH-40 Tribune-class light freighter. Star Wars databank says that Hondo Ohnaka has one.

I am very curious about their planet. Strange and suspicious droids, unusual architecture, we also know that no one has heard of their planet before...perhaps it's some kind of isolated sector, something like Tanalorr.

I mean... The suburban pastiche is inexorably linked to most every counter-culture/brat pack/genre films of the '80's. I don't like the specific aesthetic of it here (or anywhere) because it's awful and my hope is that it's a reflection of that desire to escape the mundane banality of that existance and the creators know that we need to quickly move on to more important things no later than the end of episode 2, if not sooner.

@@mpnuorvaI can say for a fact there’s nobody that asked for a space opera utilizing inspiration from buck Roger’s and the Hidden fortress. As it turns out saying things like that is why we don’t get anything new
