I played basketball baseball and football from age 7 and I played football in college and the worst people to debate sports with are people who have either never played sports or they failed as athletes. I remember arguing with a guy about Nikola Jokic and Hakeem Olajuwon. The guy said Hakeem couldn't guard Jokic. I laughed and said Hakeem was on a whole other level and he played better competition than Jokic has. Outside of Embiid what Center does Jokic have to worry about. None. Hakeem played Kareem, Ewing, Shaq, DRobinson etc and Jokic on defense would have a hard time competing against these guys just from an athletic standpoint Jokic is at a disadvantage.

Carter was a really good commentator. His biggest issue is he’s a hot head. Go figure Wide Receiver. He couldn’t get along on Fox as well. Everywhere he goes he almost fights someone. Having athletes as commentators isn’t always a good idea because their whole life they have been ready to fight and start drama at any point. Gentleman, it’s not about Shannon leaving the show, it’s about shows like this one. ESPN has been losing viewers as well, because we watch sports shows like this instead. I haven’t watched a sports show on ESPN in over a year and a half, but I do tune into games. Some people still watch those scripted shows on ESPN or FS1, I choose not to. Shows like your show is the future, and I think multiple networks understand that.

I love Chris, one of my favorite receivers of all time, but there are plenty of stories of him being hard to work with also. That's why his ass isn't anywhere on anyone's network talking sports. Which is too bad because he is a natural at it. Skip is 100% an asshole but go look at his resume. He is a true journalist who has covered a lot of sports, even boxing. Also, every time I saw him pulling someone up to the next level, he was pulling up black man.
