This is a TOUGH 30 minute full body workout, BUT you can work at your own pace because each exercise is time based not number of reps based. TRY IT! kzbin.info/www/bejne/aqvaaHSXocSgqdU

I read we need at least 7 hours to dump the toxic buildup in the brain down into the spine, which can erode focus. Its in a book called 'Stolen Focus' and sleep is a big factor. Ive also heard a lot about using red light at night to better get to sleep. I sometimes use melatonin which we can legally import but not buy in the UK unless on script For various reasons I got less sleep than usual during the last days and noticed it pretty much immediately in my daily performance

Absolutely agree...Never tried Melatonin myself.

Yes I believe that is correct also. Some of the squash players used to use melatonin when going to very different time zones. Never tried it myself though...

@@duncanwalshfitnessweightlo9329strategic use of it can be beneficial I think, but long term use unless prescribed/monitored is probably not a good idea as I think it can, like steroids, shut down natural production. I noticed another of your correspondents copied my first post for some reason 😅
