That could be really cool, imagine the first few missions you get to play as Sly's Father, maybe with Bentley and Murray disguising themselves as Dr. M And McSweeney to get Conner to help them steal an item to travel back and rescue Sly. I think that would be a cool way to go about it, but Conner actually knowing that Bentley and Murray are time travelers would be cool too if done well. Maybe they could even have a Flashpoint moment where Conner gives the gang a bottle with a note inside for Sly, possibly containing a new Thief Technique aswell.

You know, Sly could in theory use his hat to time travel to time when Conner was alive. While the hat exists in present, it was Conner's hat before Sly got it, so it could originate from a time somewhere when Conner was still alive and Sly was not born yet or was still small, before that night.

At some points, you say that it was not the best idea to Sly to meet is dad/parents because of the timeline. That remind me of Avengers Endgame (I think it's this one) When Tony Stark meet his father in the army camp, he just lie and discuss with his father. With Sly, I don't know why, he can't to that,I mean yes he's a thieve, but we never saw others emotions than be happy, sad, (maybe other I can forgot some) with him. So that can be a opportunity to have an other look at the character and have feeling, yes some people qualifies the Sly franchise "for kids",but it's not because it's cartoonish it's a kid game. So I can see different situations when he meet him : - First : He can go see him (like you said in a video, when they travel through time, he got rescued and want a last stop for his parents) he disguise himself and go to the door (as a delivery guy for example) and do like Tony Stark in Avengers, talk like Sly is a other person (like 2 strangers in the street) - Second : (same beginning than first) but this time he don't desigise himself, Bentley try to stop him, but too late. He turn off the Binocucom and goes, like he take the decision alone. (Little background here, maybe we can have everyone here, Bentley, Murray and...... Carmelita, because she is implied in this whole time travel case too in the van looking at the scene) He ring at the door and..... Sly don't know where to begin. He's dad don't know what going on (we can really have deep emotion here and proof that the franchise is serious). Sly start by saying he's his son,but Connor don't trust him. Sly insist for doing a little walk arround the district. Connor not very in trust of Sly accept (take his Cane for example ?) And they leave the house. Sly explain everything, (from what's happen to him since he got send into the orphanage) but don't talk about the murder. He explain literraly everything, (from Sly 1 to Thieves and Time) Connor don't trust it at all. In the van (yes there are in countryside, regular village in France) Murray, Bentley and Carmelita look at the scene. They are very attentive to what's happening right now and no one talking. Back in the street, Sly decided to show him, (goes direction of the van)(knock 3 times at the rear door or side door) and Connor was surprised (don't have the word, but he's very like OMG WTF HAPPEN) Anyways everyone explain to Connor who they are, and they discuss a lot, about what they do, Murray and Bentley explaining best moments, Carmelita doing an effort and be calm, explaining his relation with Sly,....)(They go on a entry parking of a Supermarket) Sly show his move (without the cane). It's already 18h (I think it's 6 p.m) Connor need to come back home. On the travel, Sly say that he need to say 1 important thing. He show his Cane and Connor got a foot back. He wasn't ready for that. (Deep emotion moment) And Sly take his dad and hug him (sunset behind because why the fuck not, it's a very emotional moment and we need to cry) and Sly says : "Dad,it's the most beautiful day of my life, I see you again" Connor : "What do you mean by "again" Sly (realize he litteraly do something wrong) "well I don't tell you everything. This night I come to the orphanage, something terrible happen, I didn't wanted to tell this, all along this day because I wanted to have a last great moment with my dad. This night, .. I .... This night you normaly give me the book, but this night, you and mom ...... died........" Connor : "What do you mean die ?" Sly : "this night, it's the night when I see my parents got murder, just in front of my eyes, by 5 "people". They took the book, split up in 5 parts and leave your bodies (mom+dad) on the ground. The Emergency services arrive (don't think about who called the cops and an ambulance/coroner, lot of details are missing in my short story) and I got send it to the orphanage. This night, it's the beginning of my life, when I can really says that I'm a Cooper, I can continue the Cooper history. Because of this night, my life was already written. And that drive me to this day, to see you again, a last time again in my life) (Still sunset background, middle of the countryside, on a small dirt road, a tree and a bench) Connor : "...." They stare at the sky (camera move to the sky and come down to a view of the farm, the van ready to take off, and Connor with Sly doing there last goodbye. Some advices are given. And like the sad part,when as a kid, you stare a last time at the little paradise you where in the summer holidays,this last stare at the rear window of the car on a small straight road,this last time to see this house,the last time Sly see his dad, this dirt road, his mom and (young) him going out of the house, this last look and turn the head toward the road. In the van, no one talk, Murray is driving to the spot they need to be for tine travelling, Bentley prepare the Machine, Sly look by the window (rolled down) looking at the big field and the fresh air coming on his face, and Carmelita looking at him and think (yes she thinking I don't have other idea, it's already 1h of morning (1 a.m) and I'm still writing a story about Sly Cooper, again 😂) Anyways, they come back to present, everything is repaired,... (I let your imagination doing the work) - Third (complety forgot I have a third point -_-) They need to do a specific thing in a certain time (when Connor is alive, but maybe not have Sly as son, or even be retired) Quick job like in Thieves in Time. Sly running on rooftop, jumping, ... (regukar stuff he do) then he hit someone. He say sorry (because he's a good lol) but don't look at this person. The person says don't worry it's good. Sly was going to leave, the person too, but at the last moment, they say "hey" and turn arround, and stare at each other. "Long scene of face to face" Sly starting to talk : "I think we already met, no ?" The person : "if we already met, I think I remember your face" *jumping back and disappear* Sly see his face : *surprised face* and directly connect the dots : He just met his dad for less than 5 min. Bentley just yelling in his hear to move if he don't want to mess up the mission. So again a looooooooong comment, I was not ready for this one, i was thinking about "fictive" story I do like my last comment (mixing everything in my imagination) but this was too late when I started writting xD So uh,I maybe forgot a lot of things I needed to say, I gonna do an other (short) comment for saying the forgotten things, and yes, that this one is spam (again). If Sly ever interacted with his father, I would have disguised myself and pretended to be a mailman or guy who needs his car (or van) repaired. But the stare at each other option would work too. And maybe telling the truth right before the gang returns to the present might be risky but it would be sad either way because you are basically seeing someone (who died) for one final moment.

One scenario that could save Sly's parents would be to get them before they die in the attack, bring them to current time and heal them but not bringing them back, letting little Sly think they died. He goes to orphanage and meet Bentley and Murray.

7:08 Sanzaru was able to wrap up the story of Sly 4 fairly nicely by having the timeline correct itself after the Cooper ancestors got their canes back during the epilogue of the game. In regards to Sly meeting his dad in the past, his cane wasn't among the ones targeted by Le Paradox, therefore the timeline wouldn't have corrected itself after the encounter and potentially create a grandfather paradox depending on how Sly reacts to the encounter like you described. 8:14 Basic moves like the rail walk and ninja spire jump aren't exclusive to the Coopers. We see Neyla using both of them in Sly 2.

The way it was set up, Le Paradox didn't have a chance to take Sly's cane even if he wanted to. Besides, I don't think it would really effect anything because he would be taking Sly's cane in the present. Le Paradox would have to take the cane from Sly's dad in the past to really effect anything.

@@Tidal981 I have a theory that Bruce O'Coop is Sly's grandfather. I came to this conclusion because surnames starting with the prefix O' are usually Irish in origin. In between 1820 and 1930, the Irish mass immigrated to the US to escape poverty. According to the timeline on the Sly Cooper fandom wiki, Bruce is born in between 1930-1940, which would make him a descendant of an immigrant. Conner was born in between 1950-1960, so I'm gonna go ahead and say Bruce was born in 1940 which would mean Conner would be born in 1960, making both men in their early 20s when they have kids. Sly was born in 1984, so that seems reasonable. But back to your original question, it is possible that Conner's cane did also belong to his dad at some point, we just don't know for sure. Sucker Punch left the character of Sly's dad open for interpretation on purpose to make us think. According to the fandom wiki timeline, it looks like Otto van Cooper would have been Bruce O'Coop's dad, so he would have to make his own cane because Otto's canes were the propellers of his biplane. So yeah, I think Sly's cane definitely could have been passed down from his grandfather.

I know im WAY late to the party but i just found this Channel. If sly would meet his dad i would make it like that: They meet during the week before Slys 8s birthday the week before slys parents die. but sly dosent know it. he didnt Check the date. His Dad gets that Sly his son allmost right away. After like a lil ' oh hey who are you?' parkour over the city ,Connor drops a "Not that i ever had any dout but no way you arent my son now". The two seet on a roof and sly trys not to tell to mutch as connor qustions him. After a recounting of Events and Connor finishing his pipe he asks sly if ge still remebers his first hiest. Sly telle him thr sorty of how he and his " classmates" now crew stole thr cookie jar from a "Teacher during a school sleep over". Connor gets a sad look in his eyes for a moment than asks sly about a lil ' Farther -Son Heist " to get him back home. the episode ends the night before the brithday. Sly got a way home and after conner snuck Sly some of his favorit food from hid childhood. Before Sly hops in back home ,Connor hugs Sly one last time telling sly how proud he his of him. After sly left we stay with Connor as he returns home and his wife asking what took him this long? That she is okay about that suprise for slys brithday but that Connor better remember that sly will be only 8 wehm he taks him to ...his ' first heist to get a candy treasure from an old house nearbay' Connoer just kises his wifes Chek and say " im a lil outa form ny dear thats all". thqn goes to see after child sly beeing sound a sleep. Likr connor KNOWS something will happen that he didnt take sly to this hiest he planed for him.But he dosent know WHAT happed. Bad Wearther? Sly or him waking up the next day with a cold? All he knows tomorror will something happen Sorry that got way longer than i thought.

sly and the cooper gang would agree to keep a low profile while helping Connor cooper achieve defeating The Panda King. The whole level would be fun like the others and we could get secrets from Sly during cutscenes on how weird or nostalgic this would feel for him, could be funny even - this would be the experience where Connor sees the Gang's bond together and gets inspired to change inside. In the end, after defeating the Panda king, A cut scene showing the Panda King alerting the Fiendish Five of his location and we see them approaching Paris. Connor due to his Character change, wants to make sure to go be with his family. Then from far, as the cooper gang needs to leave, we see young sly on Connor's knee from a window and the Level ends there.

I mean, I'm all in for Sly getting himself his parents, meeting Carmelita somewhere else other than an arrest warrant and living a normal, picket fence life. Also meeting Bentley and Murray on the way. It would be a nice conclusion and it would be a definitive ending. Why would his current timeline be the "right" one? Maybe he's better off with living parents and a proud, public, loving relationship?

I cannot imagine time travel with 1 timeline. To me it always makes sense that you are creating a separate one, which THEN merges with yours. Or permanently traveling to the other timeline and staying there. And yes, 1 timeline splitting into versions A and B can be seen as 1, or 2.

I was just playing Sly 4 the other day and thinking about this very topic and then you posted a video about it lol. What I was thinking was since sly had the ability to time travel, what made him decide not to see his father? Maybe just time restraints because they had to jump from one time period right to the next, but I feel like if I was Sly, seeing my parents would be a huge desire. A dilemma I can see with Sly meeting his parents is what about Bentley and Murray? They are orphans too. So if sly gets to see his parents again, it would seem selfish for them not to go back and see Bentley and Murray’s parents. Another issue I see with the whole time travel is seeing how relaxed Sly’s ancestors were in the present day. Don’t you think they knew they were in modern era? I feel like if I was for example, Bob or Salim, I would have culture shock because they are 1,000+ years older than that modern year. Life is completely different than what they saw of it. Even Tennessee Kid would be in shock seeing what there is now. So I just wonder how did they stay relaxed and not freak out knowing that they are actually dead? In modern day they are deceased, that would freak me out if I was them

Sly Is his father... Lost in time he has to face the Truth... Never come back... He tries multiple ways to find the way home... In a new game i would like to see Sly trying to come back, finding ways to time travel back to Bentley and murray. He finds the other ancestor we didn't see in thieves in time. And when It comes the episode in which he Is supposed to meet his father he meets doctor M and the other charachter (i don't Remember the name of the walrus) and he finds himself helping them while he tries to find the way home. In the end he Will remain this time accepting that there aren't ways to Do It. And he continues his Life having a son (himself) understanting his Faith. (Very Sorry for my english)

I believe they could do a scene with Sly meeting his father I think sly would try to hide it but just as Rioichi noticed Sly was a cooper his dad would probably also put two and two together but i don't think his dad would say anything to sly about it not trying to pry they could go on a few missions together and even pull off great heist and assuming Bentley finds a way to find Sly as we see Sly and his dad part Slys dad may make a small comment that Sly wouldn't or could barely hear but not enough to make it out saying "you've grown to be a great man Sly" or if he didn't figure it out there's also the possibility he could have named his son after meeting the man who he had a great respect for not knowing it was actually his son from the future there's many ways to do this while keeping things feeling good Sly knowing he cant change the past but also getting to spend time with his father who gave his life to save his son though he fails but only to let Sly be ironically speared by Clockworks own pride Sly gets to show his father the man he has become and can receive closure that could also be a great closure for the viewers as well everything ending on a sad but good note kind of a bitter sweet ending that we can all understand and I can personally live with but honestly at this point i just want another sly game even if it means a reboot or to have something that isn't 100 percent cannon to the actual story so long as its an actual sly game and not a mini game

When I heard Mat Kraemer, I thought 1 that name reminded of my character Michael Kramer (he's not part of the Sly Cooper series, Michael Kramer is for different fanmade franchise), and 2 saying stuff that if Batman stopping everything the Joker did and ending him not being Batman is legit wrong, if I was him I would have said that if Batman stopped the murders of his parents THEN he can't be Batman. That is how you properly create a time paradox like VTNVIVI said, if you changed something in the past then you'll change the future, but you also change the present and there might be a chance that you'll change you're future.

I can think of multiple reasons: -There is no easy to go back to a very recent timeline. How would we know how to find an object that belonged to the 20th century that allowed Sly to visit his father? Or even when Sly was already born, there would be no easy way to tell if a certain object in the present belong to a time period so small. -There is no need to. Either because of the mission in Sly 4 since they had no free time, kind of ironic, to visit him or because Sly doesnt see any reason to do so. While its clear that Sly misses his parents, he has moved on. He has a gang, his family legacy and a love interest. What reason could there be to visit his parents? To warn them of their death? Sly might not be the brains of the gang, but even he knows that his parents live, he will never meet Bentley and Murray and possibly Carmelita. He cant sacrifice a future he wants for a chance to be with his parents. - This one is a bit of a crazy one. But what if Sly is his father? Think about it, out of all the Coopers we have seen, we have never seen Sly father, nor his mother, actual face. So what if in Sly 5, Clockwerk returns (i still have hope for these two things dammit!) he kills Sly parents before Sly is born, but Sly doesnt disappear? Soon they realize Sly must take his father place and Carmelita stays with him (Sly mother looks a bit like Carmelita in one of the cutscenes) so they can create the future.

Matt Kramer has a misunderstanding of comics. Batman's past and how he became Batman has NOTHING to do with the Joker. In fact? Batman made it a point to confront the man who did kill his parents; Joe Chill and let him know that Bruce Wayne was Batman and that HE is the reason Batman exists and he put the fear of God into Joe Chill After Flashpoint; Batman Actually did meet his dad Thomas Wayne and it was a super emotional moment. Thomas even pleads with Bruce to give up being Batman so he can live a happy life. Which Bruce does not do and so later on he comes all the way from the future and a erased timeline just to push his son far enough to make him quit. And you wanna know one of the things he does? He teams up with Bane. They kidnap Daimen Wayne and they KILL ALFRED. Batman has since grown as a character from this experience. This is why them simplifying the story and the time travel was stupid. Because to tell a story that involves time travel and paradoxes and choice? You need a complex narrative that isn't predictable. Cause the end of this game was so damn predictable and it made no damn sense.

heres an idea. lets say Sly did meet his father and told him everything, all his adventures and even how Conner will die. Benty gets upset with Sly but understands why he did it. when they return to the present nothing has changed. Sly later finds a note his father left telling him that he knew that if he survived then Sly wouldnt have become the man he is today, and that he was proud of his son.

(From my imagination) For the few points I forgot, it's about the comparisons Batman/Sly : Yes both have their parents murder, yes they work at the other side of the law. But the thing that "if Batman stopped the Joker in the past" And "if Sly meet his dad in the past" it's not the same : Batman gonna try to avoid a situation. Sly gonna meet a person. Not the same (Read my long comment) I only took Connor when Sly they talk because only 1 person is implicated, and he can say that he need to keep to himself and don't tell this at anyone (and Sly can tell he need to continue like nothing happened too) So it's not the same, yes that can change the future, but it's not the same action. So buy now I’m guessing you’ve played the new final fantasy vii remake yet have you? If you what did you think of it overall? Personally I love it and I know you said you never played the ps1 original but I have played it up to the midgar section of the original, which is where part 1 of the new remake ends. If I had one complaint about it, it’s that I was kind of surprised that red xiii wasn’t playable at all. Obviously it was great having 4 playable characters with cloud, tifa, aerith and Barrett, but I’m hoping he’ll become playable in part 2, as well as yuffie, cat Sith and Vincent who are all introduced then. I hope you can agree with me on this too okay?

I'd just like to add a scenario you didn't mention. Sly meets his father, his father noticing just how much Sly looks like his son, along with the clothes and the cain. Sly in an emotional state says "Dad..." Connor Cooper puts two and two together, perhaps they help out on some mission. Connor Cooper might even realize that this Sly grew up without him, meaning something would happen to him. Yet this doesn't change the future. Why? A: This was always going to happen- this has always happened. Connor Cooper is glad he got to meet his son as a grown up. Perhaps he tries to prevent his own death, but in the end fails. He might however not know it's his death that will happen- there are plenty reasons a son and father can separate. B: (This was always going to happen...) Sly tells him stories, about Carmelita, bentley and Murray. They both get some time to bond. Connor Cooper realizes that whatever it is that happened in the future, it is what shaped his son to be who he is. A son he is proud of. He loves his son and doesn't want to prevent this future Sly comes from and accepts his own fate as a result. C: (...) Connor Cooper prevents his death. However, just like in B, he knows that doing this will change the life Sly already had, make him never meet people important to him; so Connor Cooper pretends to have died, and lives in hiding from sly for a generation. Sly might have mentioned which year he came from and Connor might have decided to not meet Sly until that year or after- if ever.

I’ve always preferred time travel to the past being where it’s already happened anyway, like how Harry Potter did it! It doesn’t change the future at all because you going back in time was already in the past! Like, imagine your younger brother coming from the future to the present. Then in 10 years when he time travels, he wouldn’t change the past because him being there was already part of the timeline!

Honestly if Connor was as bad as Doctor M claimed I'm surprised Mc'Sweeny had nothing bad to say about him as well considering he would have to be under the same "treatment". I kinda see Doctor M as the Penelope of Connor's gang. One who has no honor only a care for the riches involved. Though I do have a theory for Connor in general. I think he's still alive and incognito. My reasoning for this being there's only 3 real heavy hitters in the Fiendish Five them being Mugshot, Panda King, & Clockwerk. I'm under the belief they all raided the house but those 3 did all the physical damage and fighting aside from them all tearing apart the Thievius Racoonus. Clockwork and at least Panda King are the smartest in terms of those 3 heavy hitters but even with them being in the least I don't think they stuck around to confirm the death of everyone in the house. It could be possible he slipped out knowing this might kick off Sly's development as a Master Thief. Sly never mentions a burial, Sly was quick to be put into an orphanage rather than be put into the hands of relatives, And I'm surprised Ms. Ruby didn't revive Sly's Dad as a zombie for a psychological tactic. I think Connor Cooper might still be alive and keeping his distance so his son can continue the legacy and if we do get a Sly 5 he will step out of the shadows and join in the search for Sly.

To me, I think it's still important to see the whole picture from Thieves in Time. Besides the fact of what item they use to get into the Conner-Timeline, I have one idea that always crossed my mind when thinking about this whole time travel ordeal: Let's say, if Sly would have helped his father to beat the fiendish five on the night of the attack, and both actually succeed to take them down, Sly surely would have gotten exposed one way or the other, either by his moves themselves, or by the cunning resemblance, being another Raccoon with the symbol of the cooper clan, yada yada yada. After they beat the Fiendish Five, Sly tells Conner the truth, being his (future grown-up) son and maybe what would have happened. At this point, Sly probably knows, some kind of Butterfly-effect must have happened. He then proceeds to tell Conner the names "Murray" and "Bentley" at the "Happy Campers" Orphanage. He says something along the following lines: "They are my friends, dad. Please, take them in and care for them" (No clue, what he would/could actually say). His dad is looking at him, confused, yet somewhat keen on fulfilling his son's request. He answers: "I will, son". Sly nods, as he starts to back off, knowing there's not much time left, before the Butterfly-effect would come into play and "erase" him from his timeline. Sly says a final goodbye to his father, before disappearing on the roofs and ultimately from this new timeline, while Conner was already preparing to take in Bentley and Murray. This little idea is based of these "facts" (can't find a proper word for it): - Sly (maybe with Bentley and Murray) find a way to the Conner-timeline with the respective item - Past-Bentley and Past-Murray's timeline itself (both landing at the orphanage) would not be altered by Sly helping his father in the past. - Sly and Conner are actually able to take down the fiendish five by themselves (maybe with Bentley/Murray). To me, I'd really love to see something like this happen, Sly "sacrificing" himself to make a better future for all of them and living their life as they really wanted to be, not as part of a Thieving Gang. Who knows, this is basically just my part of a smaller "fanfiction". (I'm not the most logical thinker, so there might by some logic flaws, sorry for that, if that actually is the case). Carmelita is in a pure sadness since Sly's lost in egypt, Bentley's Legs got broken, (I'm sure that Murray's still scarred by that, up to this day), his parents died... maybe Bentley could even find Penelope once again and be actual friend/lovers. Same goes with Carmelita, they may end up in the same scenario, where Sly gets chased by her, but it would be with a different kind of backstory, maybe Sly can convince Carm he's more of a vigilante-thief, than an actual "evil-thief"-ordeal thingamajig. Though, I wouldn't know, how Conner would take care of Sly and the others, since Conner and Sly are still part of the Cooper Clan. But I guess, that's not something we will see, except in Fanfics and stuff like my comments or something. Sad times we live in :(

What I could imagne happend between Sly's father and Dr. M is that on a mission Dr. M was left behind, maybe he got greedy while Conner and McSweeney wanted to leave with what they had, but he wanted more wich resolted in them leaving him behind. I could imagne they trying to get him to leave but his mind was set, wich resulted in him beeing captured and sent to jail Another theory is that again during a mission there was an acsident wich resolted in him getting traped or hurt, and the police was coming and the gang had no choise but leaving him behind.

In Sly 5 I would love for you to have to make a choice at the end of the game where you go back in time and Sly sees his parents about to die. The choice is to save his parents and rewrite history so he can grow up with his parents, or do nothing and have to watch the deaths again in order to keep the present in order and still know Bentley and Murray

It would be possible if Sly did met his father. I know it would case a time continuem if he saves him from the findish five since he was attacked. If that did happens of course Bentley and Murray will disappear forever and forgotten. Sly would have been a better thief if he was trained by his father instead of keep reading the thievies Raccoones book a lot to study all of the move sets. It's more better to have father and son time since Sly never spend time with his dad or never get to know him. What if he used the cane to put into that machine and send him where it first started? Or can it take the gang where Sly's grandfather has held it before Conner did? Now seeing Conner as a kid is a different story but just imagine if Sly talked to Conner and his grandparents before they got killed by Clockwork get to know them and spend time with them without reviling himself. Sly will have the chance to warn his younger father or keep it silent so he can keep his future with Bentley and Murray forever. Choices like that takes risks and consequences. Yes Sly will be emotional if he seen his father for the first time in years. People can't control their emotions like that if u never met your sibling for a long long time if they left u or died. Parents are important to us. Important to Sly. Is a risk that he was thinking about but if Bentley warns Sly about this he would tell him "Sly if u go back in time and save your father, that means we will never be the Cooper gang anymore." Sly: "Wait. What do you mean Bentley"? Murray(Looking worried): Yeah, what do you mean"? Bentley(looking sad and worried) I mean we can't be friends anymore and you will never met us in the first place. Don't you get it guy's if Sly travel back in time and save his father from the findish five we will never met in the orphanage that we were raised, have fun, and do thievery we wouldn't be the Cooper gang today or maybe never. If Sly show up to his father is over for all of us."😢 Murray: "No is that true is this the of us. The cooper gang. But... but I love being here with u guy's you guys are my friend's I can't get this tough and rough with bad guy's with these muscles. You know I was a wuss back then and people made fun of me back in the orphanage. They think I was the week one. But when I met u guy's is different. Bentley, Sly you guys helped me with my true potential was. I can't... Go... Back... From... Being... 😢 being...😢 WEEEEEEK😭. Sly please don't break this bond for all of us. PLEASE!😭" Sly( thinking to himself). Sly: ok I promise. Bentley: you sure? Sly "Yeah I'm ready". So the conversation i made up is proof if sly ever want to meet his father and save him from the incident but Bentley warned him if this happens they will not meet each other and never become the Cooper gang today or never in the first place. This is my theory that made up if this happens in the 4th Sly Cooper game. If they ever make the 5th installment we should get to play as Conner Cooper and his Cooper gang (cough cough Dr. M also before he was evil) to see what is he like and how this relationship will turn on Sly. Maybe just maybe Sly need to tell Conner to get along with Dr.M before they break up and turn evil. This will prevent them to have a good relationship just like how Sly and Bentley have a good relationship with each other. It will also make a time continuem if Dr.M didn't try to break into the Cooper vault and try to steal all the treasure for himself. Good life, happy life I say.😇
