This is how ocd feels, it’s why it’s so so hard. Unfortunately the hard truth is that we can never solve this and have to move forward with all the tools mentioned in the video - especially unconditional acceptance. You can do this x

You can use these tools to help you get better. Usually with rocd it’s a fear of missing out, or settling, or it can latch to fear of losing the person we love. I overcame it by seeing that my relationship while important is only part of my overall happiness not all of it - but this took belief work.
