Apart from the reasons which explained in this video, there is one more reason for this time delay, ie in Reciprocated compressors used in old model ACs, the AC shouldn't be started within 2minutes after power goes and comes, if it so the compressor may get damaged, hence this time delay included in stabilizer. In modern days ACS time delay is included in AC itself, hence even if you off and start your AC, compressor won't on until it reaches its time delay, but LEDs and fan will start immediately if you off and ON.

I have a small question. I have an induction stove (rated 1800w). My house electricity grid supply subscriber connection shows 2KW connected load. Whenever i turn the stove on at just 800w power level, even my computer ups starts beeping and doing noises like tripping and the ac etc just slows down, even the LED panel lights which are just 22w each become dim. Will adding a mainline stabilizer at the entry of power into the house solve this issue or should i put a stabilizer just in front of the stove so that its drawing power from its own stabilizer. Which will solve this problem please ?

I can say the brand by well stabilized output.. which I tested, Everest, and V guard. That doesn't mean other brands are bad. Some local brands doesn't stabilize the voltage. They're stabilizer only on name..

Check the voltage on the both time. If voltage is low, then current will be high. Due to low voltage, the stabilizer may turn off, not because of high current.
