Not always, met Clint Eastwood when I was 16, when he was filming an episode of Rawhide at Lovejoy Buttes near Lancaster California. Found out from my father where they were filming. Spent the next three days watching them film out there. I introduced myself to Clint Eastwood and he absolutely couldn't have been nicer. He shook my hand and introduced me to the rest of the cast, and even helped to push my car out of a bad spot of deep loose sand on my third day of watching filming. I was nobody, and related to nobody important, and yet he went out of his way to treat me great. Learned a lot about filming a TV western during those three days, and I'll always think that Mr. Eastwood is a great guy.
