I feel like these study tips videos are the reason I don't start studying. They are helpful, no doubt, but I just feel like I have to find perfect way of studying like the perfect study guide or perfect strategy to prepare for exam, etc. and therefore I always doubt whether I am doing it "right" or not. In doing so, I forget that I can tweak(is that right word?) these tios according to my needs and start experiment with them by studying. Btw, that tip of getting out of bed and moving body a little bit is very helpful.❤️

im studying for my midterms rn and i drank dark coffee (im not allowed to drink coffee bc of my illness) to stay awake (it's almost 5 pm) my hands started to shake like crazy, i didnt know why and asked, turned out stress caffeine tiredness caused this. theyve been shaking for almost 4 hours and it just started to get less shaky. i dont wanna have an attack tonight, im scared of it, and if i didnt study well everything ive done today will be actually for nothing. i overthink too much. last time i drank coffee at 8am, i couldnt sleep that night and i went to school with 0 sleep the next day. how can i solve my overthinking problem AND WHY DID I TALK THAT MUCH
