Wouldn’t really need more than one person on it to find almost every incident where a word was used. Just dump podcast episodes into text-to-speech software and ctrl+f the transcript. Granted this was way easier to do before all his content went to Spotify because you could do it with a very simple script in the browser, but it’s still not that hard. The planet of the apes bit would have been harder to find since it’s not a simple keyword search.

It will print you detected keywords and their times. I know even Microsoft Word now has a feature called Transcribe. It can record or transcribe to text a spoken conversation, meeting or dictation. One can then use Word's Find function to find the desired word or phrase. So yeah, it's not much work at all, no team needed
