I think it's obvious ETH will not play Amad, he'd rather stick rashy who deserved to be displaced by Garnacho. Amad was probably the best using the ball in the last match

I wish to see the football we played in the first 30 minutes of games this season. Against Brighton and Spurs particularly. We lost both those games, but those first minutes was something we should have built on, not tore up

You are absolutely right, ETH needs to prove to us that despite the injuries and lack of the correct personal, he can get the team to play a certain style that is sustainable. Even if it means he loses the next few games, as long as he can stamp his authority in a way that inspires confidence for the fans, we will back him despite any losses he might incur till the end of the season. I would actually add that it is important that ETH makes a bold decision to play with the next players whom he believes are going to be the spine of United for the next 3 years. (Aka, Onana, Bruno, Dalot, Mainoo, Garnacho and Hojlund.) This might mean players like Maguire, Rashford, AWB all play a bit part role, but they will still remain important while injuries are an issue. Getting the team to play higher could help, however I think we need to get Bruno deeper and asking our Hojlund to link up the play more might help with creativity.

2:46 we do know. He can’t AJ. He’s not physically strong, defensively he’s a liability and his off the ball I.Q as a 6/8 is poor. Putting him in the middle next to Mainoo or Fernandes would expose him once again. If you truly want to see Mount succeed Fernandes needs to play as a 6/8 and Mount as a 10 in the pockets.

We want to be challenging for the league next season not delay tactics like Southgate or Potter or EtH cos we'll be better off with Ole or Outsider Zidane than EtH cos EtH lacks people skills meaning wrong type of manager to take charge of our club. The advice we're prepare to offer is EtH & his team should pack their bags & go back to Ajax to reinvent himself! Keep it in the family!

We have to let the manager make his mistakes in substitutions maybe on the day his seen something we don't see plus he is only human. That way he learns which plays work for him and his tactics. The thing is that the place needs to change their mentality with the board backing the manager with better players coming in to motivate and play the managers tactics.

He been making sub mistakes since last season and its the same players same position. He never tries the others. Bruno plays all the time. So he won't learn anything

Great to think of new ideas & try them atleast for short-term. Little higher line is great & very positive move(definitely worth trying). Amad may also help us getting more possesion & control in midfield/opposition half. But unfortunately, based on how much I understood ETH, he will not try new ideas. He will not try new players. Just watch - ETH will do exactly the same what he has been doing. He will get Antony back & if doesn't perform, will not replace him with Dialo till 85th minute. This system wont work, when Rashford and Bruno are playing, it's like playing 9 against 11, get these two out of the team. Now Garnacho step in as the left winger with Rasmus centre forward. Right wing put Antony. So forward we have Garnacho-Rasmus-Antony, behind them we must put Mount and Amad as attacking midfields ahead of Mainoo as defensive midfield. Left back Dalot, right back Wan Bissaka, centrebacks Maguire and Kambwala. Get this line-up gelling until the end of the season please. Get Ammass regularly sub in as left back during the match, while moving Dalot to the right. Let them gel and find out how it works till the end of the season.

I think that it’s unfair to drop Garnacho for two players that haven’t performed this season. Much more so Rashford than Amad, as Amad hasn’t had the game time to perform.

Putting slab in there will create huge problems with a deeper line. Tht midfield will b stretched to breaking after 60 secs and its got no tackles in it except kobbie. U GOT to find a fast defender, even if it’s youth.

Many people undermine the importance of moral backings and full authorities for the manager from the board towards the success of a football club.. The players clearly don't play with their full potential and spirit for the club, not to say to play for their manager.. That's why eth lose the dressing room the same way like all our previous football managers, as the club never back their manager in whatever football decision made by their manager. Thus, why on earth the players will listen to the words from their manager? Eth doesn't in charge at all for their contract, and not paying their salary too.. So, why the players need to listen to a "almost invisible person" in eth? My opinion, glazers shuold be the one to adjust the tactics of play, not eth..

Briefly mentioned, but I love the butcher. I personally don’t think he should step out onto the pitch this season until we have a new medical and Physio department. They keep rushing this guy back and I do not want him to become a Luke Shaw…. One of the best of his position, but never available to play.

At present we're only at least a couple of years behind the top 3 but we should be only 1 year or equal by now but due to EtH over spending & not bringing in the players to give us the necessary depth to deal with a 65 game season. This is what Ronaldo wanted the club to have a chance to succeed but EtH is the reason why we've lost so many games at the half way point cos he was hanging his players out to dry & he's at fault for 6 out of the 12 losses due to poor summer transfers where we want 6 players & only got 3, poor decisions making, poor preparations, poor assessment, poor team selection, poor squad usages & poor In-game management so his Job is definitely under review due to his underperformance as Manager of our Club. Conclusion We recruit EtH to come to our Club as an Approved Coach cos he definitely isn't a Manager in our books so he deserves the Sack so It's best for EtH & his team to pack their bags & go back to Ajax to reinvent himself & bring back Ole & his new management team (Ole & his 3 wise men)! Keep it in the family!

If tactics are not followed by players no matter what it is the plan has failed. I don't care what manager comes in it won't work if the players don't get themselves on board the manager is boss he needs players to respect their manager tactics to" T" and work hard at it to succeed. We trouble comes we blame the manager. When glory comes we praise the players right. So who do fan come to see not the coach it's the players right. Let's be realistic people and stop dreaming 😊

LOL, AJ with this fan base? that is ready to throw it all away? How can we use Onana to play from the back. That takes time, and it sucks because we keep chasing the Fergie high. United need time with a manager if not for winning trophies from lessons learned and building on the positives.
