I believe you, last year I went on a trip to Colorado in May. As I drove to Telluride, I couldn't find any open campgrounds or dispersed campsite. The area is covered in snow! So, I rerouted my planned Colorado trip to Moab Utah. That place looks like Bryce Canyon National Park. It's so beautiful and nice that you guys found a dispersed campsite.
