I mean, if you're leaving the Oasis Wall behind you, you'll finish your movement adjacent to it. So you're creating a useful barrier for everyone else, and you can benefit from it decently well yourself. Especially if you do something like move horizontally, and then boost diagonally - you can create a little niche for you and your allies to hide in that's providing cover and a useful type of resistance.

Admittedly, Oasis Wall is a lot better on something like Lancaster, a size 2 mech with 6 movement that often gets upgraded to a size 3. There's some enemy mechs that straight up can't move more than 3 spaces, so making a size 3 wall keeps them from crossing it.

Remember, when you're invisible, you can take the Hide action anywhere on the battlefield. This is also the only mech that flies by default, and doesn't need to invest into Jump Jets or a Movement Suite to fly. Pilot talents like Infiltrator and Ace go the extra mile on this frame.

For LL6, consider combining this with LL1 Balor and LL1 Hydra parts, the core bonuses of Ghostweave and Improved Armament, and Centimane 3. You don't even need LL3 Dusk Wing to be a problem generator for your opposition, just whatever LL1 SSC pickup you think will work well - same goes for the remaining talents and licenses. I suggest LL2 Balor for a nanocomposite-mod assault rifle, BTW. Reliable 2, Smart, and Seeking makes for extremely consistent damage, and it doesn't need the galaxy-brain thinking of a Veil Rifle.

This sounds kind of like Zero from Borderlands 2. The holograms ability especially.
