While I do think Joker should be in the conversation I would put up Dracula especially for quantity. I do not think anyone has won any big awards for the role but the character can bring the overpowering menace of Vader while wielding the chaotic charisma of the Joker and have the room wanting to see more.

Joker is the batman of villains. He's annoying, overrated, pops up wherever he is not needed and is given needless plot armor by the writers who love to prop him up to put down other characters.
