Energy freedom… the freedom to use any and all forms of the most appropriate and efficient energy sources wherever energy is needed is the best policy. Let technology and competition find the best source to use… and free from mandates and subsidies. Also, nuclear takes as long as it does mainly from way over burdensome and mostly unreasonable regulations. Just turn out smaller modular reactors like you’re building them for ships, and then network them together as a system. Also, perfect reprocessing the existing spent fuel stores into usable fuel in thorium reactors and we will have all the low cost energy the world needs for thousands of years. It solves the waste problem too.

I think you lost your touch with the concept of the subject that you're trying to relate to because it's not the end of the era of the fossil fuel it's the end of the era of the human being on the damage has been done we have no way of undoing what we have done to the Earth unlike where we can repair the soils from the depression error where all the farmers were destroying all of the ground in the Midwest
