He is very well prepared. He set himself up with very cheap rent for 9 years in our Black and White state own property. Get his wife to sign as tenant. Many people are waiting for him to inform the people if his wife is in compliance with SLA’s tenancy contract. The contract stipulates all tenant must be earning 3 times monthly bid rent. We believe he is paying $30,000. His wife should be earning $90,000 per month. Never in Singapore’s history any old guard and past Ministers ever expose their wife in dealing with The Government or The People. This is very cowardly and a disgrace to the entire Parliament.

Please enlighten Whether their wife meet the SLA tenancy Contract compliance. All SLA Tenants must show earning salary 3 times the bid rent. So the people are waiting for Shunmugan to show that his wife is earning pay cheque of $78,000 per month to meet SLA’s Tenancy Contract Compliance. Balakrishna’s wife should also show pay cheque of $60,000 per month to meet the compliance of SLA’s Tenancy Contract’s compliance. Since the two minister’s renting of black and White bungalow have attracted much interest Worldwide with Law Suite and World Media reporting. It is fair to ask, since both minister’s declare no wrong doing in them renting the two grand Black and White at below market rent.

Mr. Lawrence Wong (LW) --- the Covid-19 team violated the non-compulsory promise of vaccination --- they were in fact, forcing almost everyone in SG to get the vaccination --- or else. Mr. LW as Finance Minister has also failed in convincing the folks @SG concerning the controversial 10% GST increase, while using surplus tax money in seeding GST vouchers, which is our own money. Mr. LW as part of the top tier in the PAP government, has been unkind in persecuting the opposition. so, all the above, among other matters, have led to the evaluation, "he's no angel" --- something which his supporters and other members of the public have been trying to hype --- which has to be debunked. and i can confess to you, i am no angel either.

Your statement is possibly defamatory. The underlining tone of your statement insinuates that both Ministers have done something wrong. Otherwise, why "shameful and embarrassing" ? One should be very slow to make any statement which is potentially defamatory unless one can prove that the statement is true. If someone is caught shoplifting and is charged by the Police, it is not defamatory to call that person a thief. But if someone is merely shopping and browsing, to call him/her a thief is defamatory. What are you going to do if you now receive a lawyer's letter from both Ministers demanding that you retract your statement publicly, tender an apology in public and pay damages (which will be donated to charity) and legal costs within a specified period (usually 7 days) or face legal proceedings in court for damages and legal costs. What are you going to do ? Go on to prove in court that both Ministers were, in your own words "very shameful and embarrassing" ? Or immediately retract your statement, tender your apology, negotiate the amount of damages and pay it together with the legal costs incurred by the Ministers ? Chew on that.

The issue is not the quantum of profit made. The house that he sold is what is termed a Good Class Bungalow (GCB) . The sale and purchase of such houses are controlled by the Singapore Land Authority. The SLA reports to the Law Minister. Shanmugham is the Law Minister. That is the only issue who approved the transaction? Who is the buyer? That's all. Again there are strict conditions for a buyer. It is restricted to citizens of Singapore. There are exceptions if sold to Foreigners. All that is needed is clarification from the Minister. Noboby is accusing him of anything. Everybody is getting excited for all the wrong reasons.

Why they are in the business of penalties and fines. The fine print and the small prints we don’t read when we sign what we don’t understand. Wonder how i would feel having so much money, which some people might not achieved in their lifetimes, even for a normal high ranking officials in many organisations can get after minus the necessary expenses. Super fishy, as minister earns $1mil/yr, it will take him 80 years to earn $80mil(assuming he do not spend the $1mil earning). Hence, the $80mil profit is very very huge growth in his wealth. Also, who in the right mind would purchase an $8mil property for $88mil(1000%, too huge a profit margin something very very fishy is going on). Warrant buffet can only earn 20%-30% profits in stock market. How is 1000% not fishy? Pls investigate both kS and TSL
