I’ve had fun playing a character inspired by Lelouch from Code Geass who used a Swallowtail with the leader talent I primarily hanged back scanning and locking on enemies gathering information and planning,coordinating allies then executing the attack. Word of advice is you’re going to play a leader character don’t micromanage the players rather ask them what they want to do then plan accordingly playing in a way that lets them do what they want.

You might have misunderstood the narrative of prophetic interjection somewhat. When you use it, that's not you telling your teammate "get out of there, you're about to be hit", it's you saying that you did that last turn. The sircumstances leading up to them getting hit were just the simulation you ran and your teammate was never in that location in the first place.

I see this video thumbnail recommended to me, I smile and think "Hell yeah it is, buddy.", and then from such an earnest title about how cool a part of the game is, I want to watch the video, but even moreso I want to just go and read the relevant section of the book. I'll open the video so I watch it later, but if I don't get around to it, know you've made me happy nonetheless.

I don't see a real problem with the narrative of Tactical Simulation. When you roll that dice, you basicly say: "This hol turne was a simulation, that alligned perfectly with reality. And because we would suffer a critical strike against us at this point, that mech hasn't, in reality, stood there the hol time, but was where he telleported to." It is 'we have seen the future and did something to sircumvent it' but in retrospect and with a chance of failure.

I need to check the whole serie, but this specific video comes at the right time, as I need to chose my new LL, and as someone dedicating himself to Tech attack and support, this felt like the most obvious choice (Praise the 20 scanner range \0/) If anyone has another recommendation, I'm all ears.

If tech attack is your thing, goblin is a classic and since you can get a bit of battlefield control and support from the Lancaster and kid licenses they wouldn't go amiss either
