I thank God for Dr Peter...he is God's warrior for us...

Outstanding! I love how you constantly present the supremely important points that are largely ignored. It is absolutely necessary to hear face-slapping truths apart from the regular talking points in the liturgy debates. Thank you

Great video. I'm not Catholic, but I do love Catholic culture and I have no problem admitting they have the best art probably in history: the music, architecture, paintings, sculpture, and decoration in general, are absolutely breathtaking. I know you talk mainly about the Latin Mass (great videos too), but It would be really cool if you could teach us a little bit more about that warrior mindset that you touched briefly in this lecture, and was really important during the Middle Ages. I think this could be recover for the present: Catholics will have to remember that heroic tradition to fight against Progressives, because they're attacking you with all their weapons. Anyway, sorry for my bad english. Greetings from Colombia. :)

Thank you. Yes, I have a whole lecture about this topic: "Christian Militancy in the Prayer of the Church," showing how the ancient lex orandi recognizes that man's life is a battle and that the saints are warriors, and how the modern lex orandi omits most of this on purpose. onepeterfive.com/christian-militancy-in-the-prayer-of-the-church/

Wonderful talk. Needs to be heard by especially those who reject Church doctrine and tradition as shown in the Novus Ordo rite. (Recommend that this video be deleted and re-recorded in an appropriate setting.)

What is appropriate setting?
@marccrotty8447 Жыл бұрын
@@jacobobrien145 The lunch clatter and people walking in front of the camera distract from a great message. You do not see many presentations with this amount of "noise."

I do not have massive funding like Bishop Barron's Word on Fire. I take whatever recordings are offered to me by my hosts. I think we should be grateful that such lectures can be provided to a wider public and not be too finicky about them.

@@DrKwasniewski I must agree with Dr. Kwasniewski here, as although I do professional recordings for events like this myself, it is usually difficult, and indeed expensive, to have the equipment, do the work to record it on location, & edit it (audio is usually separate). It seemed like the host did, at least, apply some noise reduction to the audio, so at least we have that. There is also less distraction towards the latter half of the video. I, personally, only do media on the side as a volunteer for religious groups, and I wouldn't do it if it wasn't for the glory for God, as it's a really hard job, and very little reward for it on Earth.
