Clark is not invincible; we've seen other teams stop her, but it has to be intentionally to target her as well as hold the rest of the team back, too. We saw that towards the end of the season and the playoffs, though, to be sure, the playoff setup is designed to favor the favorites to win, as the lower seeded team may never even get the chance to play at their home court at all. The loss of Smith's offense will have to be made up with a free agent pickup, hopefully one with better free throw shooting. No professional basketball player should be shooting less than 80% from the line; even high school players can get to that level. This nonsensical focus on dunking is a stain on the NBA, when so many are failures from the charity stripe. They should be ashamed of themselves, instead of celebrating single baskets from 6 inches away.

She has a few things over Caitlin. That we don't talk about very often, but I'll say it probably about 50 pounds over caitlin, the inability to run with any speed or agility, she can't make a layup. The only reason she missed some of my layups is that she could grab him off the bottom of the backboard that she always hit or the bottom of the rim and they called it a rebound. We know that's just the WNBA padding stats, for this girl. Because they hated clark and anybody, but clark was their motto... Reese had a 2.1 or 2.2 GP. A and she shot like she had a broken wrist, she couldn't shoot She couldn't do anything except for grab some rebounds and be mean and nasty and racist and hate. She spread the word of hate. She showed how to hate people. And she was a very fine device of hater, and the media was fallen for it like a bunch of losers as their Reese.. And finally, and something that will last forever. What's the logo? The WNBA made the logo after Caitlyn Clark. Reese will never see that she only gets to look at it...

Note too that the Wings played a clean game and it was FUN to watch! Look at that score! It was fast, skillful basketball by both teams! Clark and Sabally were both great! Wings also put the rest of the WNBA that they can all play fast-pace basketball that is HIGH QUALITY and FUN TO WATCH! No more WADDLEBALL!

Since I am not a basketball fan I am curious how do Caitlin Clark's teammates react to these outrageous fouls. If you had such flagrant fouls and poked a superstar in the NBA in the eye on purpose you'd get a knuckle sandwich from their teammates. Do Caitlin's mates come to her defense?

@@elijahjames8837 Early on it was spotty and the rest of the team got called on it by NBA players, "where the hell are you". A retired Fever player called Catchings said she would come out of retirement to play with Clark and protect her. That seemed to wake the team up. They now swarm around Clark after fouls, too. Temi Fagbenle definitely gets into faces when this happens and Hull & Wheeler will, too. Usually Mitchell is checking Clark to help Clark if she needs help. The rest of the team also protect Clark from her own mouth after fouls. Wheeler even pushed a towel in Clark's face once to keep Clark from being T'ed. A few seconds later Clark and Wheeler are laughing together about it. The moron commissioner tried to deny any fouling issue, but forgot this is on video? By the end of the season it was a matter of record that Clark had been on the receiving end of all flagrant fouls called in the WNBA. No one really knows why Engelbert seems to hate Clark.

Now considering the amount of money the NBA gives the WNBA if I was an executive of the NBA I'd send representatives down to the WNBA to give them a crash course on PR and the best strategy to promote the league. All the NBA guys understand it's business and if you want to make money you put your best foot forward. And for the WNBA and that is Caitlin Clark. I know I just find Waddleball boring like the NBA back in the day they pushed "physicality", too. I like the NFL more now that the defense can't basically do anything they want to receivers or qb's.
