Yes 🙌 THANK YOU I just received my NAMAJ2 and this video saved all the frustration I could have experienced, because you know not all of us use the instructions manual 😂

I had a lot of pulp in my juice but was using the right strainer. I bought the J2 as soon as it came to market so I had one of the first devices. I called customer service and they sent me new parts. Upgraded parts. It’s amazing! No pulp. At all. They have the best customer service!

I just bought a Nama J2 and also noticed alot of pulp with the correct strainer. I contacted their customer support and they said the pulp is healthy for you and that amount of pulp is normal to come out of a J2.

@@Rawbertd77 Oh my gosh no way! I took pictures and video and sent it along with my complaint. Their customer service is pretty good so if I were you I would try again. You paid a lot for your juicer, you deserve smooth juice if that’s what you desire.

That's great to know! From the beginning I've use the one with the smaller holes thinking the other one was a backup strainer. Never realizing it had bigger holes for smoothie use🤦🏾‍♂️🤣🤣

Thanks for this video! I’ve watched several videos on juicing with the J2. None of them mentioned that it came with two types of straining baskets, and I guess I missed that on their website. That’s pretty cool! But it’ll just be the juicing basket for me. When I get my J2 I’m so glad I won’t have to pour it through a strainer. That’s my least favorite part of juicing.

The crazy thing is my smoothie strainer came attached in the nama j2 while the juice strainer was package in the little box labeled smoothie. Who ever packaged my strainers swapped boxes. Whole time i was using the smoothie strainer from the beginning.

I love your videos. 😊 I heard that we should keep the flap open on the Juice exit because if we leave it closed that juice circulates in the pulp. So leave it open while it’s juicing. Then before you pull that container away close the flap and you won’t drip anything on your counter.

Hi, have you ever used the Nama J2 to make a product like "poi"? In Hawaii, poi is a staple like potato or rice to others, and is made from the taro root. I guess the end product would be like a mash potato texture. You would steam or boil the taro, just like potatoes first. Just curious! bob

If you want absolute juice no strainer will do the job, you'll need a nut-milk bag or something extremely fine. Not always the best for your health though, fiber is there for a reason.

Love your videos but as of right now I cannot recommend Nama at all. As of right now the Nama J2 is one of the worst buying experiences we’ve had. Ordered over a week ago and our shipping still says “pending.” It seems you can only contact Nama via email and all they say is that they’re looking in to it. They have not offered to refund us nor ship our order even after the shipping label was generated. So far we’re not impressed. Horrible service.

It's natural to be upset about such experiences, but that doesn't warrant withholding recommendations of the actual product. We get all excited about getting something new, and the anticipation of using it is sweet. Then there are glitches on the manufacturer's end which sour our "experience." But glitches happen. I hope you get your Nama 2 soon and that it will give you many years of satisfaction and joy like the presenter here shows in her experience. Once you get it, you might want to consider writing a comment about the actual USE of the juicer, which is what this post is about. I understand your frustration, but hang in there.
@heliosdigd
@heliosdigd Жыл бұрын
@@earthangel2522 yet, the best ability of anything is availability. You can’t use what you don’t have and the company’s customer service is as much apart of the complete ownership experience as the product itself. You cannot separate basic customer service or a lack thereof by simply saying it’s all peachy as you imply. If I took their manufacturing and delays and a pure lack of follow thru as an indication of my ownership experience then they’ve already failed. What assurances do I have the company will take of me when the product fails or if something breaks. Are they going to dodge me and pretend they don’t know and hide behind manufacturing delays and “glitches?” I work in marketing every single day and I can tell you now the buying experience with Namawell has been a complete disaster so far. That has nothing to do with the wonderful presenter here. Yet, people counting on a flawless experience are being misled not by her but by the company themselves. Anyone about to spend $600 on this product or any product has a right to know that “glitches” don’t just happen. We’re talking repetitive customer service failures and that’s not to be normalized not accepted. There has to be a accountability. Don’t normalize poor behavior and bad business practices. .
