Maturing, to me, isrealizing Mordecai is the biggest simp and the biggest fumbler, but it's the most realistic arc at a time where shows focus on that 'the one' romance archetype.

I saw a video a while back analyzing how Mordecai's relationship issues are some of the worst examples of shipping, but it makes sense for the character and the show also has Rigby and Eileen actively showing that his mentality is dumb

this video is great, as im sure myself and others have always wondered the same thing. I’ve been binging adventure time for the past few months and things that didn’t make sense as a kid make so much sense now, it’s a great rewatch.

I’ve watched regular show more times than I can count. I feel like adventure time is so much longer and a little bit intimidating. As a kid it was my favorite and I watched it through to the end but as an adult I still frequently watch regular show. I always put on the holiday specials especially the Halloween ones, there are so many great frames that capture such a special holiday ambience. Definitely one of the greatest shows of all time

About the Regular Show revival: I trust J.G. Quintel. He loves the show and I'm 100% sure he knows making it more like Close Enough isn't a good idea. That show was its own thing and a way to translate Regular Show's style into something less kid-friendly, without effecting that show's legacy. (Even if Close Enough got canceled because WBD hates animation and I would totally not blame him for being pissed enough to put more of its DNA into Regular Show out of protest and spite)

Three Shows I Liked In The 2010's Alot Archer, Bob's Burgers, Spider Riders Archer the FX Spy Comedy I liked better than Adventure Time Bob's Burgers the Fox Network number 3 that entertained me more Than Gumball and Spider Riders the Anime that I loved for a Summer but got eclipsed by Regular Show In the following Fall all 3 show provided something I loved 14 13 years ago who's the better H. Jon Benjamin Character Bob Belcher or Sterling Archer
