The high estimate for Russian kia is 140,000 and the low estimate 106,000. The article also states the officials in France put Russian kia at 150,000. Your 400,000 figure is wildly at odds with this. There is an article in the Kyiv independent that states, "43,000 Ukrainian soldiers killed in action since start of invasion, Zelensky says". That's the figure that you're repeating. Please be more responsible than to spread this nonsense.

If they attacked Europe, then Europe would be lost. Instead, their country and army turned out to be a joke. Again, relatively to their proclamations of grandoure. But at the same time, there's 120M of them, so around 40M able bodied men. For Europe, which has been dismantling their military capacity for many years now, that's a problem. Nepal has a long tradition of sending men to serve in the British Army; the Gurkas are famous for being some of the best soldiers on the planet. This is so because they are well trained and well led by the British Army; it's another story to sign on the dotted line and join the Russian Army- the ones that do are nothing more than bullet stops for the Russians. It is both said and criminal. I understand why some do this, and I am not sure that I would not do the same if I was in the same cercomstaces. It would be best for everybody, including the Russians to withdraw from Ukraine and try to get to a place were they can rejoin the rest of the world in trade and peaceful relationships. Sun Tzu said that its best not to fight at all.

There isn't a source article until well after this figure is mentioned, It only has to do with the Cubans being recruited and nowhere in the article is the 700,000 figure stated. The google doc is a transcript and there are source articles that discuss topics mentioned in this video, but it lacks a source for this 700,000 casualty claim on the Russian side.
