Forrest a bit of advice, around 18:30 the camera keeps trying to zoom in and out because the guest is moving around his hands. Its best to turn off auto focus when you are doing interviews like this.

Hey Forest, great vid!! So cool to see so many with my own mindset regarding living in SE Asia. And great vids! Been watching your for over a year. I spent 6 months in Bali lol. Not Canggu, but living with the locals. Love it there! And can't wait to get back to check out Thailand soon. I was wondering if you have info about the long term visa. I know US ppl can come in on a passport alone. But is there a long term visa that doesn't require hundreds of dollars in the bank to stay for longer periods that tourist? Great interview! Just out of curiosity, how do you do your taxes? I presume that you pay US taxes on US income stream, and Thailand and the US have a tax treaty, but some types of income are treated differently (IE a royalty vs a dividend). Would you consider investing in the Thai stock market? Would you consider purchasing a property in Thailand? Thanks!
