I've been doing this and telling everyone how good akshan support is, works really well! often enough I can even easely 1v2 the botlane as support and roam after my adc is ahead in mid/high plat elo, yet the moment people realize im Akshan support they'll troll, flame or straight up leave and when the game is lost then its the fault of akshan supp. Hilarious

Yeah, they're good! I like using Akshan on 2v2 howling abyss customs to help my friend improve their 1v1/1v2 skills. But yeah... I have not tried Akshan support or jungler yet, only bot/mid/top. This content was quite inspiring.

Funny I was playing Akshan in an ARAM yesterday and I was genuinely considering playing this, makes a lot of sense considering any assist or kill is a passive revive, invisible roams, etc.

@@alejandrouribe8308 It's not really "assists" or "kills" it's "doing damage to the target within the 3s before his death. Said otherwise, you can have the assist and not revive pretty easily if you play too safe or get the assist with some heal or other stuff.

As of right now, he hasn't played in 360 days, this was the last and only season he played (according to porofessor). He has either stopped playing, or moved on from the account. There is a Korean Akshan otp that plays Akshan support, he rushes Stridebreaker sometimes, and sometimes rushes youmoos or kraken. Stridebreaker's HeartStone axe has a great build path and stats for Akshan early, thats why I think he builds it. The stats on all compoinents are good for Akshan and even Stridebreaker itself is not so bad, it allows for you to misplay and use the active + movespeed passives. Similar to the tankier akali build making up for mechanical failurse.

slight correction, but ignite is only taken so you dont have to auto or q a champion to proc your passive, you can still e a champion in the middle of a wave if you have your passive on them before you swing

I kinda hate that the adc role is so useless that tanks are played better there and having a roaming dmg dealing sup is now the meta. I get so pissed as an adc main when my support drafts a non cc champ that won't help peel me at all and needs kills to function. Just the other day I got an ap twitch sup, so I got pissed and went mundo adc to fix the bot lane comp. We stomped lane effortlessly and when I hit 6 I just walked under turret and killed them both. The twitch said he loved our comp, but the only reason it worked so well was because I sacrificed playing the role how I wanted. If he went an actual support like leona, taric, braum, thresh, or nautilus it would've been an effortless stomp just as well. That and I could play an adc for once. It's players like this that just make me not care anymore about adc and main something so completely stupid like Sett adc. Afterall why play an actual adc when you don't get actual supports... And the advantage I get by playing sett is that I add more cc to the bot comp that now makes my support useful. Also when we get ganked we can turn the gank around because it's fucking Sett, and that's what he does.

I always find it funny when people comment this as the player is never high rank at the off meta when they start. It is always a very long process of learning how to play the off meta version of a champ/new role. Sure he was already a good player but he was not a good support and akshan support wasnt even a thing before he started playing it. 'He is already a pro player' = he has put in thousands of hours of work to become good. Its not even a negative to be honest, its just him showing the fruits of his labour.
