Right! Weather comes on 15 minutes into the news. Senior programmer for that news time had ample time to address it. Even so, as a former floor director, the commercial time before weather is the ABSOLUTE detail, check-time for any issue. Plus, some workers had to be questioning if she was going to wear that outfit live.

It was extremely inappropriate for the coworker to give the weather woman a sweater during LIVE TV​ ON AIR. If they were "getting emails" about exposing her shoulders, the conversation should have happened privately between her and her boss (even though it really isn't an inappropriate dress IMHO). Ridiculous, unprofessional, and shameful on the TV company's part. I hope she filed a complaint.
