When I started considering trucking Your channel is one of the first I came across. You inspire me brotha I’m in a toxic living situation, I’m not married, no kids and I don’t mind being alone. Trucking seems like a good fit for me.

Almost any company will pay to get you your CDL. Beware, trucking is a very unhealthy industry to be in. You're always sitting for up to 14hrs a day. It's nothing but fast food at truck stops. That's why so many truckers are overweight or have to have a CPAP machine.
@YusefAlim334 жыл бұрын
AngryELTrucker the new truckers we working out “calisthenics” and we buying our food from Walmart all fresh produce, and healthy meats and almonds,water and Gatorade...called “discipline” grand total of $65-80 a week
@angryeltrucker63264 жыл бұрын
@@YusefAlim33 I'll believe it when I see it. Truck stops are too convenient and have a ton of deals on hot food. Walmart likes to boot trucks anyway.

I been out here for 3 years and today is my 1 year anniversary in this newer truck. I came out here using this same plan. I only have one bill and that’s my phone bill. Talk about a free mind. Talk about a huge disconnect from the every week and monthly bullshid. Talk about putting away 3-5 checks straight before I dip into one. I don’t make much right now but I’m still building. It’s a journey but it’s done my way and I’m fine by it. No lazy ass non productive couch potato chick to send money home to. Nobody digging into my pockets. Free cable and movies on my truck. I can afford almost anything in almost any store or dealer I want. When I first came out I put away enough to take care of myself in case of any emergency, then I started paying shid off all the while putting away money for my ultimate goals. Child support drops off in 13 months which is not that bad at all but it will be more I can play with every week. My son works so he doesn’t hound me for money. He’s a go getter like me. I have a five year plan then I start to buy other big ticket items using cash no credit or mortgages. I’ve stayed out OTR for up to 11 months at a time before going home. It goes by fast. It’s good to see your goals coming to reality. Takes a little dedication but I’ve never had a problem working and meeting my goals. Thanks TB for confirming my goals can be reached. Keeps me motivated.

Because you’re on the road. I love saving money. I don’t have cable I only spend $50 a week on groceries and I want to travel. It makes me mad that I have to wait another two years to get my CDL. The Coronavirus is pissing me off. I wanted to do it for 2-3 years so that I can save up to go back to school . School !!!!!!

I got my CDL permit 2 weeks ago and my official training is in less than 2 weeks from now. I'm about to get rid of my car to save save save and work on rebuilding credit within the year. I should be able to save a good $1,000 a month in the beginning since I won't have many expenses. And after my experience I should be able to save 1k to 2k a month HOPEFULLY. Thanks for the video!

I would agree with owning a pickup, even if it's an old junker that you only use occasionally. Owning a house you'll always need to move something especially if you live out in the country. I know having mine has saved me many headaches over the years and continues to.
