This is one of your best videos. I'm not sold on some of your other videos. But this is well aligned with most psychologists recommendations. Flooding or exposure therapy. But it doesn't align with your recommendation of having an "emergency panic attack" box with ice, scents etc. This can reinforce your need to have those specific tools available to end a panic attack.

I get panic attacks very often and mostly because of tiredness or a sudden pain in body that my mind likes to exaggerate. It’s so hard to live with anxiety disorder but also panic attacks makes it so much harder to do anything

My Anxiety diagnosis followed the passing of my 17 year old son in 2020. Distraction is one thing that does help me. On top of that I was diagnosed with Cerebellar Ataxia this summer. When I have an attack my ataxia is worse. I need funny videos. After three years of this it is one thing that does help. For me anyways. Each person is different try different things that make them feel better. After about a half hour or so I'm ready to go. But I need that time.

What about freeze response panic attacks? I get those where my limbs get heavy and I get slow and frozen but I also experience intense fear and sense of imminent danger that's overwhelming. Since it's always the fight or flight attacks that are talked about I failed to identify these as panic attacks for a very long time. Can you talk about those too

Let's not forget about Fawning, which CBT is trying to keep away from us - since it would imply Trauma being a real thing and our panic is not hallucination as they explain to us.

But why we would need to learn lessons from someone who never experienced these symptoms? How can someone help us with condition which they never experienced, but they simply regurgitating waste information and then feed us with it?
