Thank you for video. I have a why us essay that I'm writing off 200 words and I need more advice.

off 200 words - what does this mean? That you need 200 words or that you are over by 200 words?

@@nguherachioko6065 ok so I have a few why us videos you can check out especially the michigan one that’s like 550 words so you see how students expand I’ll like playlists below
Thank you for your video. Do you have any advice for short Why Us essays (
@WriteYourAcceptance2 жыл бұрын
You're welcome. Thanks for watching. Yes, for those shorter essays you want to consider 2 things - 1. what does the entire app to that school say about you...so you want to think about your essays holistically - do they get intellectual curiosity, leadership, service, that you are socially aware and care about others...if they get your academic major aspirations and why elsewhere then maybe you don't focus on that and you do more a community service student org focus...but 2. if they aren't getting much else from you then I would focus the shorter ones on academic opportunities within and beyond the classroom. Watch again the video starting at min 13 or so...I talk a little more about this if you like.

Hello, I'm currently a Junior whos taking running start classes (basically college classes in High school), I was wondering is it possible to get into NYU with a 3.5 GPA and quite a few Volunteering to be admiited
@WriteYourAcceptance Жыл бұрын
Hi, thanks for watching. It is possible...yes. But it's definitely not guaranteed, and not enough information. Your test scores will play a role, have you taken the hardest classes you can consistently, are you taking leadership roles in volunteering. Also, can you make a compelling case as to how you will strengthen their study body. Your essays are super important as well. It's great that you are thinking about it already. You can start mapping out your essays and your story. you should check out my NYU videos - kzbin.info/aero/PLKu4vlYzbZ_WkmGR5PH3xgR09wXadUm1O

Can you explain how binding ED really is?
@WriteYourAcceptance Жыл бұрын
Consider it legally binding...yes do they break at times in good faith sure (and if I am not mistaken at the discretion of the school, so they need to accept your reasons for backing out)...so it is a legal document you are signing...so I would only do ED unless you are very serious about and will attend that school.
