Dray is proof you can respect a players game without hating because they may take your spot in history... Hint hint Shaq
@docjp74277 ай бұрын
Because Dray gives his all, at all times, and its all about winning. He has nothing to regret. Shaq in the other hand, while incredible and one of a kind - and while this might come as disrespectful - he never gave his all and lived up to what he could achieve, a ceiling very few players have had in the history. Watching Victor do it all is probably irking him, cause he knows he could have been the undisputed goat, given he had worked for it.

I have no hate for wemby at all that boy is monster but all this Shaq slander needs to stop. Shaq has 4 rings ,3 finals MVPs, and a regular season MVP. He had one of the best playoff runs in history by going 15-1 and for all you new sports fans go look at what Shaq averaged his rookie year, I mean come on wemby would get hurt if he had to guard Shaq back in the day. He is one of the top 5 centers to ever play and top 10 ,(maybe 15 at worst ) players to play the game. So fall back on the Shaq slander.

When offense game planning for Wemby, yall always gonna need those long sticks with hands on its end to simulate his length. Has there been a player who has averaged over 3 blocks in a season and made over 100 threes? I think Wemby would be the first to do so.

For a while, I was a little worried about my interest in the NBA once the pinnacle players start retiring. I.e. Bron, Curry, and maybe 20 more guys. But then you see every other game the new faces of the league. Wemby, Ant Edwards, Shai, etc. It’s an exciting time to be an NBA fan.

By that metric, neither does Chuck. Nobody watches that show for analysis, we do it for entertainment! That whole show works as well as it does for the personalities involved…their vanity, biases and most of all chemistry is what makes that show. None of it has anything to do with substantive and nuanced discussion about sports.

Wemby shouldn't be truly considered for DPOY yet. I see it similarly to the MVP in that it's about how your performance impacts winning basketball. I know there's other reasons the Spurs are flailing, but why does his defense matter if it doesn't matter in the grand scheme?
