I love your tips! Prayer got me through my first birth, it was natural and no drugs... I totally believe in the power of prayer and also the red raspberry leaf tea, that was totally a life saver! I also took a lot of magnesium which seemed to help because I didn't get cramps up until I was in labor. Thank you for all of your help. I am expecting #2 now so I'm relieved to hear that it's easier the second time!🙏🙏🙏

I read Supernatural Childbirth, there's some good stuff in there. There's another one called Pain-Free Childbirth, Every Woman's Blessing in Jesus. I recognized a lot of fear that I had previously carried with me during both pregnancies, which I'm working on releasing now :) That said, I'm very very careful when it comes to any "name it and claim it" stuff. Unfortunately Ms. Mize was a follower of Kenneth Copeland, who could legitimately be demon-possessed (he's on record saying he can control the weather, despite failing to do so, and pretended to shed his own blood into the cup for communion. He is a sick man at BEST). The aforementioned books also insist that ALL pain has been taken away from Christians, but that it's a matter of faith to send pain away...I wonder what Timothy and his stomach problems would say about that! Basically, when it comes to faith, you get in trouble when you begin insisting on your own will over God's. It's easy to have faith for good things. It's harder to have faith when trials come.

All really good things to think about, for sure! Fortunately, we’re able to take the information we need and separate it from the information we don’t, especially when it comes to humans who are inherently flawed. It’s always best to refer directly back to scriptures!

SO true! I grew up in a cult Christian church and thankfully now have a healthy relationship with Jesus as an adult. My family who is still stuck in that toxic environment will constantly say things like “Jesus will heal you” or insist he takes away all pain and suffering if you only have faith. I’ve dealt with serious health issues my whole life and this kind of speak infuriates me! Just because you have faith in the Lord doesn’t make you free from any pain, illness or suffering!

Is it important to only take this tea after your first trimester?
@mamanatural3 жыл бұрын
Yes! It can cause cramping otherwise. Many women don’t start drinking it until their third trimester because of the cramping.

Does it matter what raspberry tea we get? I have a raspberry herbal tea that I’m drinking.
@mamanatural2 жыл бұрын
It should be red raspberry leaf not herbal tea flavored with raspberry flavor ;-)

Lots of mamas have a pretty easy first childbirth! It doesn't HAVE to be hard!

Hi! I just saw this but incase you’re still pregnant I hope this helps.. my first birth wasn’t so bad! 5 hours of “hard labor” (before that I had contractions but not bad at all) and baby came out with about 20 mins of pushing yes it hurts but it’s not that bad you can do it!

My First and Third children were the easiest. Our first came fast like a second usually does, and we barely made it to the birth center! I was vigilant with the Red Raspberry Leaf Tea on our first, though... it makes a HUGE difference!

@@erneststahl4353 okay thanks!! So I’m 34 weeks now and I have gotten back on track with my tea, but I’m only drinking three tea bags in a quart of water a day. Do you think that will be enough?
