Hey guys .. I got married in Philippines last year .. it's no prb .. we had a gud reption party with my wife family .. so guys enjoy ..

I attended the seminars,it didn't kill me bro,it wasnt that bad,most people just get worried because ,,,,,no divorce in the Philippines,and weddings can cost little or a lot,depends on how you plan it,and if I had the patience for it,its not that bad,you should never enter a marriage and worry about divorce,if that's a issue then maybe its not for you.

Regardless of where you get married you still have to report the marriage back to the Philippines 🇵🇭
@JOHNrandomlyVLOGS2 жыл бұрын
here in america you dont have to invite ppl to a traditional wedding, u can just go to a courthouse and sign some papers. doesn't take long either. no stress
@andregodin33985 жыл бұрын
If you want to elope and get married elsewhere that should be the only reason. I got married in the Philippines and disagree with all your reasons but that one. Didn't have to attend no seminar, cost less than getting married in my country, oh yes the stress of the preparations hmmmm. If you're already thinking of divorce before getting married. Don't worry about it. Even if you get married in the Philippines you can still get divorced. Just not in the Philippines. You need to go where divorce is legal, just the same as the marriage you're going to have. Only thing is that Ave will be allowed to remarry but you sir won't be allowed to remarry a Filipina. Well if you do, marry another one elsewhere, it still won't be recognized by the Philippines. But if you really want to save Ave any troubles, when you bale out, just don't get married. A lot simpler and better for her. Sorry for the long comment.

Lol I am 63 years old my filipina wife 58 we had to attend the seminar last november and also family planing lol, another thing you have to do is go to us consulate and get a document that you are divorce or widow and even you are new in the Philippines a document from cenomar. Good luck in your wedding. Arturo

Even if we don't have divorce in the Philippines, you can divorce her since American law allow divorce.
@frankdearing83934 жыл бұрын
CORRECT! If american husband applies for divorce in the US and the divorce is granted in the US, the divorce will be recognized by Filipino Gov'T Guaranteed!!!!! Research PI divorce law, Dude! You're full of shit ! Wish I could meet and warn your filipina, because your are a VERY BAD CATCH! You need you ass whooped!

I say Good for YOU!!! do things your way, the sensible way...not the way OTHER people expect or want you to do things...old customs can be very stupid and burdensome...and of course other people want to go somewhere to get free food and alcohol...they hate not getting that...lol

@samjewellery33375 жыл бұрын
one reason is correct and all others are lies.seems you don't have a plan to marry.learn how to live the marriage life is so important education.family planing is another great education.these are just few days of few hours usefull teachings.these 2 reasons are so important if you realy want to have a usefull family life.can't devorce is the only right reason.marry in ceshells is extremely expensive than philippines. marry pilippines in a luxury hotel is expensive.but a wedding in a home is just rice,3 pigs and vegetables.what you mean expensive ???.don't like to have stress for the night after the wedding party is also a lie.you allready sleeping together.there is no honeymoon for you again.sorry for to show you these few points.

So, you don't want to get married in the Philippines because you don't want to spend. I don't think getting married in the coast of Africa would be cheaper considering the fare and fancy accommodations. I suggest just don't get married and enjoy each other. That way if you are not compatible and found out that you can't live together, just go on separate ways. Easy way out.
@carvercapitalequitypartner1223 жыл бұрын
Very informative. New topic huh. Re annulments, they are difficult and expensive because few really qualify. You are really just bribing your way. LOL You can always establish residency in another jurisdiction and get divorced there. But you raised a good point that the CENOMAR thing will stop another marriage.
@88godsman5 жыл бұрын
Expensive?????? No way bro I spent like 3500 for my wedding venue and all. There is no way ya can found that in usa bro. Congrats and continue to make volgs

I have to agree that weddings in the U.S. cost much more... unless of course you just do a simple civil wedding. But to travel to the Seychelles? $$$

If she coming to states on a spousal visa after marriage in Philippines it cost a lot less in long run than a 90 day fieance visa
@hardmtnbiker5 жыл бұрын
We got married in PHL last December, it’s not an easy process I agree. You do have more paperwork and to be honest, you can pay off the seminar and never go. True it’s expensive, but it’s a wedding. No divorce, kinda the point but true the filipina is stuck but it’s not like she has a lot of choices for a second marriage. As for Clark, it’s growing fast and we like it there for a great lay over stay. If your want to start a business, I think it’s a great place to work and live. Personally I need to be closer to the ocean.

Why get married when you're already thinking about divorce? I never heard that one before.

Actually great that they can talk about it. It is a real consideration of staying out of the PI legal system.

My wife and I went to class and it only takes a few hours and we had a big wedding in March of 2016. The process was simple and it gave my wife’s family an opportunity to attend her wedding. We didn’t need it but it was not that bad at all! This is our link on KZbin m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/aGfFpJ9oebONpNk

Hi, this is Dave. You arranged my tour in the Pallawan a couple years ago for my wife and I. We really had a good time. We are going back to PH next week and bringing my Dad with us, he has never been. He really wants to see old military base but I think he really just wants to see the girls. Is Clark close enough to the nightlife seen for my Dad and is there really anything worth seeing at Subic Bay? Are there any good beaches in that area to visit. Congrats on getting married.
@expatatlarge52865 жыл бұрын
Yes Clark is just 2 minutes to all the action and subic has some nice beaches and girls to chill out with and the old subic base has a new mall with everything you can imagine and don't forget to enjoy yourself a nice american steak at Texas Joe's!

My philipina wonts to be married Philippines that were her family lives why would I say no her first marriage . As a U.s citizen I can divorce her from states she is allowed to remarry in Philippines . When I bring her to states on a spousal visa she can divorce me even if we were married in Philippines again she can remarry she has to report to PSA showing she was divorced under U.S law divorce decree . Requirements not that big of a deal it just takes time in Philippines There is a 10 day waiting period to get your license for marriage Getting married in Philippines cost less in general not more to depending on type of wedding .You can spend as much as you wont in ether country.

OMG...don't you realize that just because you have to take a class it doesn't mean you have to do what they say. Geeish, take responsibility for what you allow into your brain. It's class, it's not personal. Not everyone is out to get you. The real question isn't where, it's why? What does marriage give you that you can't give to yourselves? Why bring a state into the relationship? I get it's just something people do and people tend to be herd animals, but marriage has become nothing but giving up control for no reason beyond maybe making some relatives happy.

Kids...Absolutely not ready for marriage..I was married in the Philippines..yes the classroom stuff was funny to me..but the guy teaching made it fun though..I could've taught the instructor...as for cost it was cheap dont know his budget..are wedding got very big..but was surprisingly cheap..compared to U.S. standards. I hope this doesn't sound like a hate thing..I hope the best for them. I like his channel. I will still follow their adventures...one last thing hope not to make them upset..but if Christ is not in the marriage it is doomed for failure..I don't care where they get married. With that being said where can I send wedding gift....lol

Yes, you already speculate that your marraige wont work. You need to be positive guys. Now the cost, Im a filipino-american so I know how much it cost. If you want to make it simple snd only the two of you, that surely wont cost anything just few pesos to pay for the one who administers. Whether here or any country if you wznt to have lots of people to attend then it will cost you more .

As an American who recently married in the Philippines and have followed you all for a few years, all this but #3 is nonsense and wrong. It was VERY cheap and easy to marry there. HOWEVER, it is not super easy or cheap to marry there in a Catholic church if in my case being Baptist. We are similar age ( a little older I think at 43m and 39f) and situation as the 2 of you. She has a child also. We had a small wedding on the beach (with Baptist preacher and town mayor to make it legal) for very close family, friends, and sponsors. About 30 people and then a soooooooo nice reception for nearly 200 people in a great venue with amazing food and the hands down most awesome hostess on the planet for well under $3000 usd combined total for everything including unreal island honeymoon. It would have easily been $20k at least in the U.S. and no way as beautiful island as our honeymoon island was. The miscellaneous nickel and diming you to death they do there is annoying as hell though, I'll give you that... Another possibility is the difference in a crazy busy touristy place like there as apposed to smaller city/larger province where we married. I like you guys and usually love your vlogs but you'd have been better to skip this one or just say "we're not marrying here because we don't want to."...haha Huge congrats to you both on the proposal and upcoming wedding! 🍾🍻

It is completely personal, for some people a wedding is a celebration with families and friends which they want to do it all together. but some people like you guys just wanna enjoy the day alone which is cool too. But this video sucks coz of those silly points you guys come up with. Not worth sharing and good luck with the wedding.

The US will let you divorce..if you married in the ph.. that's not a problem..but the ph will always say your marred..they will not recognize your divorce in the states.. I know this because I just been trying now for 2 years..there is no divorce in the ph..

To change her passport to her married name in states that fee 435$ I told today. It can be a problem if her passport dont have her married name to vist Philippines however I was told if you have a certified copy of marriage license your ok.
