Thanks for watching!!! I sure do wish that our son was here with us... I do expect our boys to come visit though and it may be as early as next year :)

Wonderful video guys. I’m Thai and I live in the states. My family and I went back there for the first time since 1981. We love it there. Best wishes to you both. If you learn to speak the language, you may love Thailand even more.

Hello Kim and Dave, you both are so lucky to be in Thailand. If I had seen your video's in the year 2000. I might have made up my mind. But having a property like I do close to Perth CBD. I have got to think twice what I do. My friend from Tucson Arizona should be touching any time in Koh Samui. She sent me about 4 or 5 messages from the plane. I cannot help but think of Thailand every day. Well another 4 months to go. Then I will be in beautiful Koh Samui. Take care, and stay safe.

Balance... it's a tough one. My heart is in two places. Here and the states. We generally only see our boys 2x a year and extended family maybe only once a year, so weighing the benefits of being here more often makes ense for us.

Kim, Thank you so much for your prompt response. My wife Usah was insisting that Dave was driving and the steering wheel 🛞 is on the left side as we do in USA 🇺🇸.
Hi Kim & Dave, greetings from Los Angeles. This is Dilip & Usah. Congratulations 🎉🍾🎈🎊 on your new home 🏠 purchased. We saw only the first part when new furniture got delivered and the setting up by the workers. The home 🏡 looks great. We enjoy watching all your videos on both channels. Yours and Dave’s own channel too. Thanks for showing so much info and content. I have another very important question. Is the white Toyota that Dave drives, looks like brought from Arizona because I see the steering wheel 🛞 on the left side if I’m correct?? Please let me know as we would like to bring our Toyota Highlander with us to Thailand 🇹🇭, this year when we get relocated to live permanently in Hua Hin. Hopefully we can invite you both to have lunch at the same restaurant where you were having shrimp 🍤 soup and papaya salad 🥗. Please respond. Thanks 🙏.

Hello Dilip and Usah!!! Thank you for joining us on our channels!!! We are getting settled here... landscaping and awnings installation... things are coming together!!! Still looking for pictures. The car that we have is a Toyota CHR hybrid. The steering wheel is on the right side of the car, actually. We purchased it when we lived on Koh Samui :). It is fun, sporty, and is good sized in the back for our dog, Zoey. I don't have any experience with importing vehicles but I do recall it can be quite expensive. Ill see if I can find out some info for you. Most people that import items, furniture, etc, generally find that just starting fresh here is ideal. We would love to meet you when you arrive in Hua Hin!!!
@diliprodrigo50289 ай бұрын
Thanks for kind response. I am watching the same episode Dave driving wearing his light blue shirt. The picture is flipped. That’s why it looks like the steering is on left side like all vehicles in USA 🇺🇸. Thanks for all your help and clarification. We love watching your channel because it’s very informative and interesting to see all that useful content. Hope you both have a blessed day and safe travels wherever it takes you to show us so many beautiful places.

Good video. As you both were talking about retirement, I realised that at some point when you are "fully" retired in Thailand, your husband is going to have to change the name of his channel due to the word "almost" :)

Hi Kimberly, I can't find the relevant video, but we saw your recommendation for a lawyer. Can you give an idea of how much a lawyer would cost with regard to building, and contracts being drawn up with the land owner? Thankyou from Fiona x
