I'm planning to go home in Philippines for good as well. But so much to think about. I'm 49 years old and exhausted here in Canada. Youre giving me courage and I'm doing it slowly . I just applied my dual citizenship and who knows one of this days I'm back home . Ty for the 💡 ideas.

I really enjoy your channel. I am Greek living in Australia and ever since I visited Phillipines for holidays I love the country. I do understand why you have chosen to go and live in Phillipines. Canada has many similarities to Australia. And I do agree. Less is more. We don’t really need all those things that society has told us we need. And I do agree having a lot of things and many materials things don’t make someone happy. I see it here in Australia…majority of people are not happy and in fact depressed. A lot of people would have done what you did. To live more simply but not many people actually going ahead with it. Beautiful channel and I am happy to see people following their dreams and not follow one way society….there are a lot of different ways to live our lives…..Sky is so beautiful….such an adorable kid…

Cost of living in Canada is high. It's never ending taxes, home prices are extremely high. Whether you own a home or rent, it's a lot of money. Not sure it's worth it anymore. I bought my home in 2009 and it's more than doubled in value. Good for me. Imagine someone coming in just today buying a small townhouse or half duplex for around $1million.
