I'm on day 10 of a water fast. I still feel hungry sometimes. I know you're supposed to do a long fast under a doctor's supervision but that's not an option. I don't know when I'm going to stop this water fast. I'm just sick of being sick. So if I'm not going to feel good, I may as well do this because at least I'm giving myself a chance.

Listen to your body. Things to look out for Dizziness Headaches Low blood pressure High blood pressure Slow heart rate Fast heart rate Shortness of breath Double vision Hallucinations Excessive swelling Lack of urination Over urination (should be 1 to 2L per day) Excessive cramping (low electrolytes) Mental deficiency (forget name) Add salt (electrolyte) to your water Tsp apple cinder vinegar will not break a fast Anything that seems "off", break your fast. You can always try again in a week after full recovery When you break your fast. Take it super slow. 1st hr drink only bone broth/vegetable broth or the like. 2nd hour introduce something light, like yogurt (probiotic). 3rd hour a small salad with lean protein like tuna fish/sardines boneless chicken breast along with another fermented food like sauerkraut. Then rest for then next 2 hours and see how you feel. This is to help wake up the bacteria in your microbiota slowly and by also introducing some new friends to help activity. After this, make sure to focus focus focus on your diet. No highly processed food, low sugar, no refined carbs (bread/pasta) eat healthy grains like black rice and quinoa. Try gluten free diet if you can (helps reduce inflammation, bowel diseases and brain fog) Mediterranean diet is shown to increase life span by 20% If you can do a 7 day fast once a year you will reduce your chances of cancer by 75% GOOD LUCK AND KEEP IT UP

So glad your video popped up in my feed! It’s so wonderful to hear an intelligent doctor who actually knows how to really optimize health, rather than push medications that in the long run don’t fix the problem. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, truly life changing!

I did 14 days water fast in a clinic under doctors supervision… on a 16th day as I started coming out of it, my hands started tingling and I felt some numbness… And that apparently was a potassium problem… but Ive got read of my allergy ever since… I now do fast 1/3 days regularly… love it… take care and listen to your body. All the best to you. I hope it improves your health greatly. 🙏

@aparnabide, hi, the Only reason to circulate my experience about fasting and relieving from pain is to let know other so they could enjoy life with a sound health.Unfortunately most Muslim do not follow Ramadan fasting the way our prophet did,otherwise could benefit too, once you fast and then break fast should continue on healthy diet.

That Ramadan fasting is actually stressful and compulsive in nature.. so, there's actual downsides to that rather than benefit... Prolonged water fast is healing

That's why I don't believe in darwins theorem 100℅.
@lucasgroves137
@lucasgroves137 9 ай бұрын
You're out of your depth. (1) Theorems are provable; it's gibberish to claim that a particular theorem is not convincing. (2) Darwin never produced any theorems; there are no theorems associated with him. You might accuse me of being picky about _theorems,_ but that would be inane, since the topic itself demands _rigour._

Everything in this video is wrong. It doesn't matter how many genes you have but only in their complexity AND what they actually DO. Onions are more genetically complex than humans. It doesn't MEAN anything.

Dr Pradeep is precisely saying that , even though we have less no of genes , they have the ability to get so much done with the help of bacteria because they are functionally evolved …..
