Why we should treasure our dogs

I have been though this several times and I can tell you it's always a horrible time for me. All my dogs live very long lifes, they are my companion every day till they are gone. I totally believe when my dog gets to 10 years old. I need to get a second puppy, so they can train them as they do the best at. If i didn't have my 2nd dog I would not be able to be alon. As i said my dog's live a very long time 15, 16, 24 years. Im 65 years old the only time in my life I didn't have a dog with me was when I was in the military. I was never be without a friend with my dog. They are a great deal of my life since I was 5 years old.

Dogs are dedicated to their humans and if they are ignored or not treated with respect then their owners shouldn’t have them around. They become part of the family and are so dedicated to their owners that they deserve love from us unconditionally always

I have lost 2 boxers and i have one sat on me right now. I just cant imagine ever getting a different kind of dog.

It is still painful for me to think back and watch my best friend die he was only 7 years old and only weigh 94.5 pounds I reflect everyday with Angus Beefcake. I miss you little buddy everyday 9 March 2009 - 16 April 2016.

I lost mine (Ace, a female boxer) last January 12; she was 10.5 years old. It's been now almost 6 months, and I am not yet over it. I still talk to her every day, and every day I wish she was still with me. I miss her so much, her unconditional love and good humor, until her last minute. We will be soon leaving on holidays, the first (after 10 years), without her. And honestly, I am not really on the mood to go.

Boxers are the comedians of the canine world ❤ my girl is a pit/boxer mix and she is the biggest goofball I have ever had! Yet when I broke my neck and was quadriplegic for a period of time, she was AMAZING!! She would help me into the center of my bed by letting me hook my arm through her harness and drag me. She’s my soul dog ❤
