air flow to the radiator is the main issue. very very common turbo honda problem. block the flow from bypassing the rad.

Just put a full size three-quarter radiator in it and you'll be able to drive it anywhere on boost that's what I did with my EF cuz I was running 30 lb and on 17 lb on the freeway it would start to overheat a little bit but after I put the full size in never had no overheating issues anymore

I would do a oil cooler. Put a 25 row on my mustang and it cooled it down significantly. Just put it in as part of the remote oil filter kit.

the only thing he can do is take the turbo kit off and try to bar and reff the swap with all oem exhuast manifold/muffler. or sell it. either way a aftermarket turbo car is not legal in califorina

Always change thermostat before foing anything when car is barely overheating will save u money you can also test your thermostat by putting in boiling water and wat to se e if spring opens
