This is 100% true. My mom and dad were together up until I was 15 years old. My mom racked up $80,000 in debt with my father. Half of that was her pulling credit cards and loans out behind his back. She then cheated on him once we started to struggle and she couldn’t live the lavish lifestyle like the women on the soap operas she watched. My dad chose to stay with her to finish raising me and my brothers. When he retired from the air force we moved back to her home state where she cheated on him again with one of her old boyfriends from high school. My dad kicked her out, I chose to stay with him and then he got a job paying six figures a year and she begged him to let her come back. It’s because of my mother that I do not trust most women, especially the women in my generation.

Damn it Myron…you described my soon to be ex wife to a f’ing T. Had a bad period in my life 2017-20. Youngest sister died of a heart attack at 32. Lost 4 jobs in a two year period span. Had some health issues, anxiety, depression. My wife lost respect for me. Then lost attraction for me. Started cheating in 2019 with a low level bum. I find out in late 2021. My mistake was trying to save our marriage after all of that. She gained weight and had health issues and I still wanted to work things out. Once they are in the streets guys…it’s a wrap. Move on.
