Thanks for creating a video specifically about this topic. I've been practicing this for a long time now and I'm quite puzzled why people don't use this kind of mentality. I'm glad it's getting seen by more people now. I just oversimplify it as: "Worried about something? Then fix it! Can't fix it? Then don't worry about it!" Though I understand that it is oftentimes easier said than done, but the simple act of trying to attain this mentality would already be very helpful to most.

One thing that took away a lot of stresses and anxieties from me was DnD. Its not that DnD allowed me to unwind, or let me hang out with my friends, or any external reason like that. DnD taught me to make the best of a situation, and not to dwell on either decisions or consequences. There are no save states in DnD, no going back and reversing a decision. This takes the pressure off of me to try to be the best, because there is no revision. It maybe a little grim for some, but the worst possible thing that could ever happen to you in DnD is that you die and lose your character. That's how I live my life now, the glass is always half full, until you've drank your last drop

I'm glad I stumbled across your channel. Really encouraging content. I also really struggle with this type of thinking. I was struggling with it particularly bad today. Obsessing over emotional damage that was done over 2 decades ago lol I am and have been ready to move on and let go for some time now but still struggle with this. I'm not even mad at the people anymore but moreso the dramatic impact that it had on my life. I have a phrase that i say to myself "the damge is done" whenever I've exhausted my cares for the day (as you put it). That's where i get really hung up and angry. Whats done is done but im still here, feeling the effects of stuff that happened to me a lifetime ago. Dont know what you believe but some of what you said lines up with some of Jesus's teachings. Phillipians 4:6, Luke 12:25-26 and mathew 6:27. I hope these verses help you as they have helped me. Keep up the good work! Also you mentioned that you've played aton of fps games. Lately I've been trying to find one that i enjoy but have been striking out. Any suggestions?

Dear @BBKDRAGOON, I am a new sub to your channel and you are exactly what I need now. Born in 90s, been gaming since NES era. I owned almost every main line consoles. Now with PS5, series x and switch, until there's a military coup and civil war in my country and I had to flee, jumping countries from countries, depending on the visa availability. Needless to say, it's too much to handle mentally, too much anxiety, financially broke and can't go back home. I could only bring my switch with me and gaming has been my only escape. Contents like yours make me feel eased up a bit, makes me realize to take things slow and enjoy what I have at the moment. Keep up the good work, man, and thank you 🙏

I put one of my dogs down yesterday. She was 16 years old. I spent so much time worrying about her condition, selfishly wanting "Just one more day, just one more day" as things got worse, but then she'd have a good day, and I'd try to justify my selfishness. The amount of worry for her is now gone, she's now passed, and I feel so guilty saying that I feel relief that she is gone.

I really like the type of videos you make and this video kinda resembled and reminded me that I still em struggling with that as well. What helped me was very similar like you mentioned it, if you have an opinion about something, say it, tell others and let them at least know about it, if they will accept it or refuse it it's not under your control but you did enough. You know what you believe is the right thing and that's what matters the most. Of course you could be wrong and that's fine as well, we all learn but you stick to yourself and not forcing your opinions on anyone. Admit you not perfect, continue on growing but also have faith in yourself, believe in yourself and don't change just because of someone else opinion doesn't aline with yours. Treasure yourself, your time and make the best out today because that's all we have. Today

Found your channel recently! I love videos like this. I recently graduated high-school and am in community college doing Computer Science. While doing this I realized I don't want to work in a cubicle looking at screens all day. (Except videogames lol) The corporate life isn't for me. I want to become a music (percussion) teacher. I desire to inspire and encourage others to express themselves and feel euphoria in a way that I've felt while playing. I want to be genuinely involved in other's progress and the music community at large. This may seem foolish or a bad idea, but I want to at least go for it, we only live once so I must try. Thanks for making these videos, they foster reflection and encourage others. I wish to do something similar someday in my own way.

I think holidays from work is essential. As you get sick of dealing with the same problems over and over it becomes nauseating. Take a break and all of a sudden these problems become.e less irksome and not so frustrating to deal with. Then slowly as your holidays drift further away the problems become harder to deal with. Often I think my life is great if I didn't have to work and often I think my work is good. Right now I'm 3 weeks from a 5 week holiday and work is not bothersome, 3 weeks ago it was like fucking shit literally

Interesting time to release this video 😆, when the slow burn rage of Sony moving their headquarters to California all those years ago has just been stirred fresh again with the announcement of PS5 Pro but with no games 🤣. For hobby stuff it's "easy" to let go, like I've made peace with the DOA franchise going to shit after malicious leadership changes, and the fact we'll never get Gravity Rush 3, but other irl stuff you simply can't ignore (violent geopolitical tyrants and their target is _you_ (me))... I think the only real solution is to go be a hermit in the mountains (die trying is also a success lol). Pre-happy weekend everybody, and hope to see some of you on the Synduality network test! As a fan of the OG Halos, including ODST & Reach....I can't bring myself to play anything after Halo 4. I still play Halo even with friends and we always wind up playing the older Halos. Halo 5 & Infinite are corny, cheesy, microtransaction filled, T rated cash grabs and are not fun to play at all. And, worse graphics than older games, boring campaigns, battlepasses, features that are not there at launch or at all, unnecessary changes to the formula, I can go ON..... It makes me weap when I think of what Halo was, and what it is now...corporatized trash trying to appeal to a 'larger' audience when it already had a HUGE audience. They lost more people than gained.
