alhamdulillah ma na tradmil sa 10 kg wait lose kia ha mitha chor dia ha roti aik time ma aik 4 age brake fast ma 2.5 months ma countiniously insha Allah target 70 kg ic time 90 kg ha jo k 100 kg tha

Simplest form of carbohydrates like sugar, dizzy drinks, chocolates, baked goods, sweets, desserts Reduce all those product's which converts to flour like atta, Maida etc Eat more fibre like salads, fruits etc Exercise is very important to lose weight at least 1 hour a day
