It made such a difference that I started teaching cardio dance classes on my IG for 20 minutes 3x a week to help others cope during this time. It makes me so happy. What make you happy Breeny?

I think there's a difference between happiness and joy. Happiness is often based on circumstances. While Joy is innate. It isn't based on circumstance, it's based on Peace. If you want to be happy, focus on what you have regardless of your circumstances. If you want joy, remember that your creator has not set you up to fail. Keep your peace at all cost it's connected to your joy.

The Bible says to live be just, kind and modest. Also to live a quiet life. Most of us choose to complicate our simple baselines of life just for it all to eventually fall back down to the building blocks of simplicity, to remind us, that less is more and more is less. Basically a low key life free of covetousness aka Evil Eye. No need to be in the mix all the time. The more common you are to people, the less valuable your presence is. Don’t feel bad if you have no commonality with others. As long as your secure in yourself that is all that matters.

Some people have the opposite problem though, they focus on others and neglect themselves. I mean emotionally and mentally and they value others opinions too much. Having an external locus isn’t a good thing. What’s maybe better is to have a balance between focusing on yourself and ALSO being concerned for others well being. Some people have the opposite problem of this so I wouldn’t suggest it as advice for everyone.

I’ve been mentally detoxing for months, so this time in isolation is nothing new for me. However, I could see how people needing validation from others and now realizing that their relationships have been based on falsehood, would be depressed. I cut the garbage out of my life months ago! I have only had good and positive interactions with people in the last few days. I appreciate the inspirational people who are present in my life now more than ever. A pastor said today that some people are not evil enough to be an enemy, but aren’t close enough to be a friend. This was gospel! When you can identify these people and know what tier they fall under, it’s easy to get past leaving them behind if you have to and you are able to do so without bitterness in your heart. Thank you Breeny!!

Nice to be here early, I've really been needing to get into a better mindset. It's been hard to be positive as I don't have any family either then my mum and I've been feeling stressed, anxiety as I feel worthless as a person. I've been too stagnant. I don't have any friends, I haven't for a while since November 2018. I feel very insecure and vulnerable right now and I just want to disappear. I'm struggling with depression and I find it hard to do anything. I don't have any one to support me but I have faith and I want to change my mind set no matter what.

Maris I just thought I’d share with you what keeps me motivated from year to year. Every year I make a vision board with pictures and quotes. This year I’m doing it a little different. I put up 3 goals that I will work on for the next 3 months. I plan my week in advance on a monthly calendar, usually on Sunday nights. One of my goals is to become a better runner. So I wake up every morning and go out to the track. I started small where I would run the straight part of the track and walk where it starts to curve. I do about 3 miles. And then slowly when I start to get better at running, I’ll run more into the curves, eventually running the entire lap. Another one of my goals is to pay off my bills. I won’t be able to finish that particular goal in 3 months so I’ll add it again for the next set of goals. I wrote down all my debt from smallest to biggest and every 2 weeks on pay day I put a large amount into a bill until I pay it off. Third, to become better at makeup techniques. Every couple of days I go on to you tube to watch videos and do the techniques on myself. My point in all this is there’s always something to improve on, to learn, to build etc. Sometimes you just have to take a moment to figure out what you want in your life. Set some goals and figure out how you’d like to reach them. You’ll be amazed on what other opportunities you could come across or the different people you will meet. Write down your everyday activities on your monthly calendar and keep focused. And because you have goals and your days are filled with action, I promise you your depression will fade away in time. I’m sending you and your mom lots of love, light and positive energy and all the happiness in the world.

Entrepreneur here. It’s an isolated world. People are constantly reaching out to get something out of you, mostly money. I keep to myself now. My business taught me a lot about people. I’m happy now delivering a good service to my patients and ignoring anyone or anything that makes me doubt or question my character. Bad company corrupts good character. Of course I do listen to constructive criticism. I know I have flaws. I also listen to my daily devotion and treat everyday like what it truly is; a new one. P.s I walked away from negative music, people and social media was never really a problem for me. It just doesn’t make sense to me. Call people up and say “Hi”. If not, you will subscribe to what everyone else is doing. I don’t keep up with the status quo. Never have, never will. Thank you Breeny for yet another excellent video ☮️

Hi Breeny! Will you do a video about having the business mindset? Like what are the types of mindset we need to have, how can we start, having God alongside our business etc.

Thanks for this. I just started my career in Pharmacy in the middle of this pandemic. So you can imagine how crazy it’s been. I’m lucky that I’m still able to have my morning routine to spend time with God! I’m able to have a daily routine but obviously just take more precautions to be careful when going to work. I’m blessed I’m able to work. I guess you can say I had my period of ‘self isolation’ when I was looking for this job a few weeks back. 😂We have people telling us how much they appreciate us as a pharmacy and being in the heart of the community. I know that God has placed me in this field for a reason even though I was told that I wouldn’t ever get into this career! I’ve been praying for all of us affected by this and knowing that God will get us through this time 🙏🏾🙌🏾

You don’t just go outside and go walking even? I mean, I get not wanting to go out to where there will be a lot of people but you’ve got to get outside, get fresh air and move your body or it will take a toll on you and your health (physical and mental).
