I was once in a relationship but I ended it myself 'cause I realize I am GENUINELY happy single. I realize I just want making friends, my best friends and my family. I'm very comfortable going out alone, go shopping alone, watch movie alone, etc. Couples and valentine's don't even bother me anymore, and whenever a guy is making his move towards me (which is quite often recently), I end it quickly by telling them 'I have a boyfriend' lmao Being single especially for the longest time is addictive - I can be BOTH a responsible adult and an innocent child at the same time. 😌

what REALLY helped me: stay busy. I mean really busy. But not just to kill time. Do things you WANT to do. I've recently traveled to san diego. Ive always wanted to go there and I finally went. Next up is Utah, New York, Hawaii and Mexico. 2. go to school! Have a career in place so you never ever have to rely on no man, your parents just yourself. 3. DO NOT BE A THIRD WHEEL. This will kill your spirirt. I personally cant stand it. 4. find single friends and hang with them. Make sure they are positive and want more out of life. Stay away from drugs, alcohol and sex. Real positive people want to better themselves and go to school! 5. know yourself. Know your limits. Love yourself. and set boundaries.

I recently made a decision to move to Dubai alone. One of the reasons I left my friends and family was so I can find myself, know who I am without the opinions and influence of the people around me. Love this whole video. 28 & never went on a date. I've started going on solo trips at the end of 2019 and it was so amazing and empowering. I've had people I know ask me why I'm not dating and need to go out on some. Some say it out of concern and others said it to be humiliating. I just simply never had anyone ask me. It is what it is. We just never crossed paths yet. The way society is set up, it has a way of making you feel like you're not enough also, but it'll mainly make you feel like you're abnormal/something is wrong with you [since everything seems timestamped]. That is, if you allow it to make you feel that way. Fortunately, I haven't gone down that hole (thank God). So please, don't be hard on yourself and feel bad. Love & focus on you. Years of bad, broken and busted relationships always asking “why”, then one day God showed me how mean I was to myself. There are so many good points you bring up. I feel like people feel so much pressure to find a date or someone to marry or whatever, due to the illusion that it feels like the whole world does this (thanks to internet 😂) but really I feel like most people in life are just single. They’re doing their thing, whatever their hobbies are. They are not focused on what they can’t control, like whether or not someone likes them. And once you realize that you are in control of your own life and start feeling happier instead of focused on how someone might feel about you, then you truly feel free 😌 P.S. your video was so inspiring for me, this is just what I needed today 🙏 Thank you!
